This report is presented to the Human Rights Council pursuant to Council resolution 9/11. I'm not au fait enough with the U.N. to pull out the most relevant points but below is my reading of it in relation to Q:

a) We have a Right to the Truth,
b) To implement the Right to Truth it is essential to have archives of the past:

The implementation of the right to the truth can only be effectively achieved when victims of human rights violations are able to assert their rights and can start the process of dealing with their past. The protection of archives and records concerning gross human rights violations, and the protection of witnesses and other persons involved in trials related to such violations are mutually reinforcing elements that are essential to nsuring the effective implementation of the right to the truth.

As they exercise their newly freed voices, they are likely to make four types of demands of the transitional State, namely demands for truth, justice, reparations and institutional reforms to prevent a recurrence of violence. Each of these demands relies on the availability of archives."

c) Hillary kept a lot of her records on an unsecured server that allowed her to withhold archived facts from government and the public,
d) Obamas presidential library will not make available original documents and only be electronic (allowing manipulation of archived truth),
e) Q continually tells us "ARCHIVE EVERYTHING". Is this partly to allow conformance by U.S. government with the UN resolution?

This resolution seems almost tailored to the situation we will face on taking down the deep state/cabal?

ETA: Something else I'd like to point out. I've heard some folks on multiple occasions suggesting the huge indictment count is largely made up of MS-13 members across the country. Nope.

Check out Florida in the image above. Miami's district only has 24-49 indictments there. Miami is a major hub for MS-13. Doesn't add up.

The indictments seem to be growing at about 5k a month.
By Q year end we'd see about 60k. Of course there is overlap, or added indictments to the same sequence but either way that many is notable.

If we use the 1000 per year standard for reference we could say 23k might be storm related. That's a lot of manpower needed to deal with it all both before a sequence is initiated publicly and well after while dealing with the day to day prosecutions.

Not knowing if you are on the list, or who is on the list, could prove to be more powerful then releasing the names etc.

Q stated the 11/11/18 parade would signify and completion of sorts, or at least that seems to be the stated goal per DJT/Q. So I would not expect to see any of these opened - at least the Storm related one's, before that time period.

It was mentioned here earlier that the DOJ was a target too, and it was thought that it would take two years to deal with that mess......
