So why is it only the whites are condemned for wanting to associate with their own kind? When any other group does it, we call it being strong and empowered. We celebrate it and create days of the year where we worship their non whiteness.

So even taking a stand against those who shout racism isn't allowed, we need to always assume they are correct? What about teaching critical thought in school. Presenting both sides of the story and letting the kids develop thinking skills and start thinking for themselves. Or is only the SJW view is allowed in school? Isn't that just telling the kids what to believe and not allowing them to think for themselves.

It appears these kids and even educators are starting think for themselves.

I'd say any teacher who teaches racism as part of their curriculum using taxpayer money shouldn't be allowed to teach any more.

That goes for any race. Racism is racism, and to intentionally brain damage impressionable kids like that is a special kind of low.

YMMV.

ETA: I'd posit that white supremacy (or any other supremacy) isn't an ideology as much as it is a mental problem.

Seems arbitrary.

Why not place the prospective teacher through a purity test.

Any ideological stance; sexism, racism, ageism, biases against religions, biases against different forms of economic strategies, what their stance is on Trumps wall, immigration, taxes, military service. . . etc.

i wish public schools would be disbanded. they're obsolete. And a HUGE waste of money. everyone has access to the internet now(almost). teachers can teach feom anywhere on the planet, and students can learn feom home. think of all the fuel and maintanence costs spent on school buses alone. thats just one example. there should be some means of social interaction for kids, it's necessary for social development, but physically traveling to a place is no longer necessary, and it's expensive. tax payers money down the toilet.

Why? Is the end result of any of those things the extermination of an entire race of people? If not, I see no reason for a "purity test" as you put it.

I'd be happy with just a don't be a racist dbag test. And do you really want teachers who are dumb enough to believe in racism? If she is stupid enough to make that a lifestyle, what other dumbass things is she teaching the children?

I think it's dumb to take pride in something you had nothing to do with. Whether the color of your skin or whatever piece of dirt you were born on.

That being said, there isn't a nationwide attack on whiteness. Yeah there are idiots on both extremes who outraged people love to use as evidence of the whole, but that isn't reality. And its this false belief of whitness being under attack in America that gives people like the teacher in question a "safe space" to feel at home in an "ideology" as evil as white supremacy.

Their really are no shades of gray in this, for me at least. Anymore than there are shades of gray in pedophilia or any other mental problem that claims to be a belief system. Racism is wrong. Regardless of who it's used against or who is behind it.
