Shamrock, I agree that some things should bar you from owning a gun. Like gun violence, or commision of a crime with a firearm.

I may, or may not be barred from it because I had a felony mj charge, a plant. It was supposed to be dropped to a serious misdemeanor after probation, so I am not sure where I stand.

You can't play all sides of it like they are doing. Why should my right to defend my life end because I had a mellow inducing plant, and my neighbors can have violence inducing alcohol? Because a government wanted a race based law, or lobbyist want to dictate laws with

The domestic thing is nuts too, you can be charged for a domestic for yelling.

Thes guys are nuts, and playing games with statistics, using numbers found in court cases to run the justice system like a business, while gaining more power, and removing more rights.

All on the back of a bunch of events, that make no sense and appear to be fake.

Forget the gun stuff though, after it costed me about $40,000 dollars to stay out of prison, then a record is created barring me from getting a good job, if I wanted.

Punished for the rest of my life should follow cruel and unusual punishment laws.

This country is already a rigged nightmare, and rights are under attack.

But I will still thank you for your service, and back you guys up if you need it, I understand bad people are real, and your job is often thankless.

So, balance is needed.
