How does one get to another timeline?

We are more then a three dimensional creature, yes when the living brain is damaged the person is changed, but the energy which goes beyond the flesh is physical and conscious well beyond the death of the body. This part of our selves has total recall of everything related to the mortal experience and everything which went before. Mortality was a way to put our spiritual face against the glass of the vast windows of other realities and see deeper into the universe in which we live. Part of a plan and coordinated journey . . .Yes I think so.
I think Ghosts are often the former intelligence's being manifest during times they are thinking of the place and time they once lived on earth and in a particular place. Since they are dwelling in nonlinear time such events can occur randomly. However with the multiple and different entities inhabiting the universe many variables also present in such events, in its varieties. .
