Something very similar happened to me in the Philippines.

We first saw one yellow orange 🍊 light, then I noticed the other one to the left.

I thought they were 2 UFOs moving in unison.

They moved slowly coming lower.

Then 5 more lights came into view between them; 2 on top of 3.

That thing was gigantic!

I couldn't see the body; only the black night sky.

It had this deep hum.

When it came to a stop, the city lost power.

I'm not entirely sure if the cars died too but we stopped.

Everyone outside was looking up at it.

Then it took off like star🌟 trek/wars warp speed.

Then the power comes back on and people went back to whatever they were doing.

We didn't talk about it for a week.

I was the one who remembered first.

I don't care what "experts" say.

Aliens have technology to reach us and they have come.

There should be hundreds going by what you said.

That's a good story, thanks for posting. I've never seen a triangle, but about that same time frame I saw something sitting still in the day time sky that kind of resembled a dumbbell. I was driving my family at the time, getting ready to pull into our driveway that was a circle around our house, and we all saw it. We pulled around to the other side and parked where we should have been able to get a better view and Poof! Gone.

The reason I mention it here is that we never talked about it either until recently, and only half of us remembered even seeing it. Actually, out of a family of 5 it is only me and my now 35 year old son who remember seeing it. As somebody said earlier about their experience, it caused some rather heated debate between two brothers about whether it happened or not.

Yeah I hear you. I'd have trouble swallowing it too. But this was our experience and I want to put it down in writing.

Around here, you'll get more people accepting your simple story a lot quicker than if you loaded it up with a lot of hand-waving and conjecture. I have no reason to doubt your story, but since there is no other evidence to weigh, you can see that there isn't much we can do with it except file it away and do our own conjecturing.

In any event... so jealous.

Hi... New here... I want to share a story about the UFO hubby and I saw in Nov 1996 as we drove our UHaul through Arizona/Nevada on our way to California... I know I'll get made fun of here, but I just want to document this somewhere. It was this gigantic triangle with lights hovering in the sky almost above us but to the right of our truck a bit, not even that high up, and it wasn't even completely dark. It was an enormous craft. We were amazed by it but VERY STRANGELY never told anyone about it until years later. I don't even remember discussing it with eachother. But we talk about it now and we both do remember. It makes me wonder if we forgot (and somehow even today seem to banish it from the forefront of our minds) because it was too much to process. Anyway, this happened about 4 months before the big Phoenix Lights sightings where thousands of people reported seeing the same thing. Apparently a lot of other people experienced some kind of temporary amnesia after the sightings as well. I'm not one to generally believe in hokey-pokey stuff but I know what I saw and I think it's super weird that we didn't make a bigger deal of it.

Most likely you both were abducted, and a suggestion was put on their minds to not talk about it.

If you remember some missing time, then you can bet you were abducted.

Phoenix Lights were seen before 1997. As early as 1995 I believe. Could have been that?

This is the Philippines.

Very little attention is paid to this phenomenon.

I don't know if it's deliberate.

Also, south China Sea has become heavily militarized.

Naval ships from different countries patrol our part of the seas.

They didn't stop China building military installations there.

Something's afoot.

Short of war, how exactly were they supposed to stop it?

They should have raised hell over it when they saw it just starting.

It didn't happen in an instant.

The US IS duty bound to protect the Philippines because of the Mutual Defense Agreement.

There's no way China could have occupied those islands if the US and it's allies threatened sanctions.

They let China steal those islands.

The Philippine government played possum with just token protests.

They did raise hell, and have, multiple times, performed freedom of navigation exercises around them. But short of blowing up the ships building them, if China chose to ignore the protests, which they did, there was no way to stop them.

What sanctions did they (US & International community) slap China with or so much as threatened over it?

The aggression of China against the Philippines is unprecedented.

It took over its territories with impunity.

I smell US complicity.

The islands are in International waters. They are outside the Philippine and Vietnamese EEZ, regardless of the claims made on the area by either country.

That's not true.

Those islands are well inside the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines.

There's at least one inhabited natural island there that's peopled by Filipinos.

By proximity those are Philippine territories.

China's nine dash line is ridiculously close to Philippine mainland shores.

China is the aggressor and it has the gall to threaten the Philippines with war and goes as far as saying they have missiles aimed towards the Philippines.

If China doesn't believe those are Philippine territories why is it making all those Promises of financial favors to it?

Oh yeah.

The Hague Court of arbitration RULED those are Philippine territories.

The other claimants are probably there because of China's influence.

So argue with the hague over it's decision.

Oh yeah, we've dragged this thread far enough off topic now. If you want to discuss the South China Sea start a thread on it.

You should start a thread on this sighting, or at least provide more information, as:

1. Date of the sighting.
2. Exactly location, if you remember.

If there was a power loss all over the city it shouldn't be so hard to find something about it on the internet, if it's not a very old event.

People can do gigantic things with information.
