Just a little thought on "chain of command". Does anyone watch Homeland? Just watching the new episode tonight. It's an interesting show. Especially how a woman President was elected, like they thought that was going to happen, and now the story leads almost towards tyrannical in the quest against "the deep state."

Anyway chain of command... A lot of the compartments of command started to be created as far back as the OSS, precursor to the CIA, So different departments could act without having to answer to the president. It grew and grew and by JFK's day it was already out of control, quite obviously. We can only imagine where it stands today. So follow the money. The president could cut funding to departments but they have access to billions of dollars of off the books black money. What is the exact chain of command, the official one and then what is it really? How does the president get control of it? Can he?

Do you really think they leave it all to chance through taxpayer funds? How much of their funding is off-book? There is already wide speculation about the various drug trades as potential revenue sources, of course, but how much else? And does the CIA hold patents through front companies and make money there? Would you be able to discover anything of the sort through FOIA?

But this begs the larger question for me as a lurker on ATS. How much of your earnest Q interpretation results in tail chasing rather than actionable discovery of the Deep State's shenanigans? Can we point to Q predictions/ revelations being played out, or are we interpreting the real world going by by looking in the rear view mirror, second-guessing nefarious designs?

I for one find Q's drops so obtuse as to be either a running commentary on the 24-hour news cycle (this is confirmed by Jerome Corsi's analyses -- there's nothing definitive to deduce as he many times self-admits), OR hopelessly vague to allow just any interpretation to obtain. It's a Gordian knot, and I give you all credit at attempting to unravel it without suffering utter frustration.

I doubt it. If anything what could be gained through FOIA would show how it is impossible to run an agency as vast as the CIA through on the books funding!

My long running paranoia exsisted way before I ever read a Q drop. Due to my own searching of conspiracy theories over the years and real life situations.

Of course the CIA couldn't create a whole counter culture. Of course they couldn't control an entire art movement. Just like with any influential subject they could become involved. Pay people to be on their payroll, influence people with money or blackmail and generally mess with people through those methods.

Looking at the tools they now have at their disposal it seems silly, why would they infiltrate the art community? Well because , at the time, it was influencing the population. It still does.

I think, through my own experience and research, that they try to gain a foothold in anything they can when it comes to influence. Is it a crazy deduction? Perhaps, but I don't think I am totally alone in my deductions.

I have just started catching up on this thread and WOW!
So many, many pages to read....and now this link.
I'll save it for another time as I am so far behind with my Q-thread lurking.

My appreciation for all of the selfless digging for information this great group of people have been doing is immense.
I now have another opportunity to say "Thank You" to all of you.
Please maintain your passion for the truth and know in your hearts that there are many of us "silent types" that are paying attention.

Some may question if these threads have had a direct influence on any of the "clean-up" that seems to be occurring.
Maybe...maybe not.
What is very important, in my opinion, is that the discussion is even occurring.
My eyes have been opened to a great deal that is extremely disturbing, at depths that I would not have imagined previous to these threads.
We are all aware that the poison of corruption is a huge problem, but at THIS level of stink?!

The information provided by the people working so hard here on this thread is making a difference.
More people reading.
More people learning.
More people becoming curious and then aware that the world is not quite what they thought it was.
Then more people talking.
If sparking that curiosity is what these threads have helped to accomplish, then be proud of yourselves.
So Yes, you are making a difference....to me.
I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Now, back to lurking and trying to catch up.

I don't think they created the art movement per se.

Our of movement toward hedonism and narcissism was all that took. As I look at modern art exhibits, I am struck by how much the explanation of the exhibit is about how the artist felt while creating the works. That is at least as much about the process as the product. Of course, it tells you how you should feel about them in a sense, but the art lies as much in the emotion and catharsis they provided their creator as they do in any finished product.

Do you look at Michelangelo and think whether or not da Vinci got off while creating it was important to how we view it as art?

And therein lies the difference.

Where the CIA might have stuck their noses in was in encouraging critics to place importance on such works as art of value to the public.

Another context or layer for flood and rain.

Of course, Noah warned people over and over about what was coming and no one believed him right up until it was too late. It even was raining and no one would listen.

It is speculated that these are possible Rapture verses because of the suddenness of the flood. When He comes back to fight the last battle, no one is going to living high on the hog like these verses describe. No suddenness there at all.

But I thought I might mention this to go with the water and rain references since Q is fond of religious asides.

If Trump is trying to pull the US out of the global order, that's almost what he would have to do.

Moves like this would fit with the idea that the "Eagle's wings will be clipped" meaning the US will lose it's place in the world as a superpower. The question will be - Is the cure worth the disease? Will people allow this?
