It was designed by a certain John Nash, an architect best known for the design of Regent Street, but among his other claims to fame are Brighton Pavilion and Buckingham Palace.

Hahahaaaa...I think they might want to choose someone else. I'm afraid I'd be sorely inadequate.😂😂😂
Several large US companies have set up business in Coevorden since then. Others have sent representatives to check out the area. A terminal container company wants to start an operation by the railroad. A US pet food company is interested in the benefits the container company could provide.

Coevorden is a small town according to your link, 32000 pop... but did you notice it translated to OXFORD in English?
So Tigers call has thrown up 3 synchronicities? V, Netherlands, Oxford...
It gets weirder:
link
Coevorden
(Sometimes misspelled as Coevoorden)
Fictional town in The Netherlands. No roads lead to Coevorden, no railways either. It does appear on maps, but no-one has ever been there or knows someone from Coevorden. It might be a code name for some secret militairy project. Everybody who claims to be from Coevorden or to have ever been there is part of the Coevorden-conspiracy (Dutch: Coevordencomplot). This conspiracy is probably linked to the Bielefeld-conspiracy

It just happened again. Same number. I answered it this time and there was only static. But it was an open line, the call was definitely connected. These are the times when I wish we were all in the same room talking to each other instead of over the internet.

no 5G is possible above the Zandvoort-Coevorden line, due to the intelligence services in Burum.Â
there is a satellite ground station know as ‘Het grote Oor’. There are civilian applications, including Inmarsat, but it is known that there are also military activities. The AIVD and MIVD use Burum for SIGINT (Signal Intelligence) for their own use and for the use of NATO partners.

From your Coevorden link, I found this interesting (bold emphases mine):
Several large US companies have set up business in Coevorden since then. Others have sent representatives to check out the area. A terminal container company wants to start an operation by the railroad. A US pet food company is interested in the benefits the container company could provide.
Useful way to transport trafficked children from the Belgian Paedo rings to other countries?
