The problem is that the law in Kansas regarding this doesn't list ANY requirements or restrictions as to who can run or cannot run. Legally and literally meaning any one can run. I guess it had not been a problem before until this year when a number of teenagers who aren't even old enough to vote for themselves decided to run...hence the reason why they've decided to change it.
