Makes sense if it was Syrian forces doing the shooting , Russia is supporting Syria.

Hang on, let me get this right. Israel attacks Iranian backed forces in Syria, Iran strikes back at the planes doing the bombing, and Israel makes it out to be Iran's fault and Iran are the bad guys and aggressors?
This defies logic, or am I just not understanding this correctly?

If Israel would mind its own business, the planes won't get shot down. Same for the U.S..
It depends what the Iranians were doing in the area, because they were probably not tourists. Iran are not innocent bystanders in their efforts to perpetuate conflict and mayhem, especially against Israel.

Israel should stay out of Syria there are too many players there already.
We as a country (U.S.) need to start bringing our troops home and let others take care of their own problems, we have enough of our own over here.

Somebody claims Israel is soon to be victorious against Iran with perceived "technological superiority" due to strikes on Syrian last night that had no effect whatsoever. My guess is that their "technological superiority" will lead Israel to as much of a victory as they had against Lebanon in 2006
