Where did I claim the judges didn't do their job? Did I type so much you couldn't read it all? I never said that or even implied it. As has been explained to you by several people now, the judges only know what they're presented by the FBI. They're not omnipotent. They don't know everything. Based on information even the Democrats aren't disputing, the judges were not presented with important information that should've been included. Face it, your pipe dream of Trump getting impeached is going down in flames.

The post you responded to dealt only with proceedure. They tell you that procedure. There are laws in place, in public record, that mandate how the court will work.

They even have a public website.

No we are not privy to the details of cases. But we are being made privy to the behavior of the FBI and how they obtained what they gave to the FISA court.

Except the Democrats aren't disputing the fact that the judges weren't told Clinton and the DNC were the ultimate source of the dossier. They paid for it. That wasn't told to the FISA court. The Democrats only rebuttal to that was that there was a vague footnote referencing political entities were involved with some of the material. This has been explained to you about 6 different ways now, and your only recourse is to pretend I said the judge didn't do his/her job and that I have to have read the entire application personally to know this. Neither of those things are true, they're as baseless as the myth you've believed for over a year now and are so attached to you have to ignore information that contradicts it. We know this because the Democrats aren't disputing it, despite the fact that it is a big problem for them. I'm sorry, you gotta grow up someday. Might as well be today. It is now on the lap of the president. It is a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. If he does not release it, he will be accused of a cover-up, and the memo will be leaked anyway. If he does release it, he will probably need to walk back his crazy rhetoric, and Nunes may need to resign.

The judge "was recused" who signed the first one, if I recall, he didn't recuse himself.

There was no corroborating information and the dossier was the only evidence used to obtain the FISA warrants. The court was not notified of material facts related to who was behind the dossier or who paid for it. They used the media reports by Yahoo as "corroboration" as well as to explain away discrepancies in the application.Comey tried to pass it off to the Senate intel committee as the FBI used Steele in the past and his information was reliable.
