House Intelligence FISA memo released: What it says

The FISA memo has been released.

The Dossier was used to obtain the FISA warrant. They say the warrant would not have been granted without the dossier.

FusionGPS briefed media outlets on the dossier, who then reported on the dossier. Federal law enforcement then used those media reports to bolster the authenticity of the dossier. FusionGPS worked with Steele to brief media outlets while pushing them to report on it. They used a circular reporting style so law enforcement could say the reports lend credibility.

The FISA court was not notified of the uncorroborated dossier used in the application. As it stands it does not look like other info was used to get the warrant HOWEVER that is currently speculation.

Steele apparently made it clear to Ohr of his massive dislike of Trump and was desperate to undermine Trump and see he not be elected President. That info was disclosed to Bruce Orh who never bothered to disclose that information. Bruce's wife worked for FusionGPD.

At some point the FBI cut off contact with Steele however he continued to provide information to Orh who included the info into the FBI info without disclosing his source of the info.


** Whomever made the application to obtain the FISA warrant without disclosing who funded the dossier, who created the dossier and failed to disclose the media being briefed secretly on the dossier is in a lot of trouble**

Right now media is getting highlights as they are going through the memo. As soon as its completely released it will be on the house committee website.

Long story short - The Mueller investigation is in dangerous waters. The people who plead guilty most likely will see their cases reviewed / convictions reviewed. Media who conspired to report the dossier info as fact are in trouble. People at the FBI and DOJ who were involved will most likely be charged / terminated from their jobs.

There was no other source corroboration used in conjunction with the Dossier. The dossier ALONE was used.

If it is true that the fisa warrant on page wouldnt have been approved without the dossier, it is the biggest political scandal of my lifetime.

I have been saying for months, that this would be Obama using paid for oppo research from his own party to spy on his opponent with the intel community, which is far more serious than something like watergate.
