How long can the spin go on? The guy gets canned and escorted out shortly after his boss reads the memo and the other networks won't even address that fact.

If it wasn't obvious before, it should be now. They can't even stand to look at him anymore, let alone let him play out the string.

Cnn just reported that Christopher Wray was going to demote McCabe, but he chose to quit instead. A demotion could have reduced his retirement benefit package.

Apparently HIC votes on the Nunes memo and the Democrat memo to be released. Is anyone else wondering why the Dem's needed to draft a counter-memo after Schiff stated it is full of lies and misinformation? The counter-memo makes no sense.

I had to chime in here - I've been lurking here in this thread since the beginning after doing a lot of research into Q.

I agree with you on the feeling that positive forces are at work, and I feel a strong sense of brother/sisterhood with a lot of people doing the hard work to expose the corruption and bring people to justice.

How many Dems have read the 'Nunes Memo'? How would they be able to construct their own memo if they haven't read the other?

I also don't think the republicans on the HIC would risk their political capital with some of the public statements they've made if there wasn't plenty of evidence backing it up - and I surely don't believe McCabe would be gone the day after Wray read the memo if it wasn't damning...

I'm only aware of Schiff and Feinstein who definitely read the memo. The others were ordered to ignore it. All Democrats voted against the release to all members of congress. That doesn't exactly scream innocent.

I also got a Google recommendation for some weird Islamic nonsense. There is nothing Islamic in anything I've searched or would have an interest in.

I've done litigation for 25 years and this is a basic tactic for when you have no case. Here's why they'll release a counter memo: Sometimes all you have as a defense (or a case) is to muddy the waters so much that 99% of the people just get confused and give up. Throw out a lot of accusations. Throw out made-up facts that sound real (8 out of 10 people will believe them)(I just made that up). Make it 150 pages just so people will look at it and say, "well it's 150 pages it must be full of research and facts and accuracy" but make sure the first paragraph, which is all that will get reported on the t.v. news, contains all your made up facts and accusations.

And in the case of politics in the US today, the MSM will take their cues, report the "counter-memo" which "blasts inaccuracies" in the HIC report, throw out some facts about how awesome Hillary is, and that, my friend, will be the end of it.
