the " letter " is clearly reffereing to the " dossier "

bottom line - its a fake by a stupid american - get over it

Here's the simple explanation of this fake document. When the CIA literally coined the term "conspiracy theory" as the term to be used to identify anyone who counter claims the Warren Commission Report of the JFK assassination, the ways they use to "prove" an idiot is an idiot are brilliant, just proves who the idiot really is. So, how do you take a fact like Obama Spying and kill it? Make a document like this "leak" to the masses, spend your time proving the document is clearly a fake and kill the fake document. Fake document killed, the FACT goes away and the "idiots" look like true Conspiracy Theorists thus giving more gas to hate on Conspiracy Theorists, the real idiotic nut case ones, while the rest of the world continue to walk around and be "woke" idiots. Case in point? This has to be explained to all the "smart" or "woke" ones, that would be those of you who can't see past the document or any other topic and see the bigger picture. To see the bigger picture you have to know the history of the world in which you live. Yes the document is a fake, no #, but why so bluntly do it? Well, ever been to a sheep farm? No?
