Just to be clear, if it is 500 million per program, that's not peanuts.

Just for reference, Cleveland PD has annual budget less than half that. That is a large metropolitan department, with homeland security responsibilities, couple thousand employees, air assets, SWAT, forensics labs etc.

It was something Bigelow said that was the connection there. He said something about "them" being right under our noses. In the beginning of this thread somewhere I think from memory. I also have my own reasons for thinking that way. I wonder if Mr Bigelow was referring to doppelgangers. "They" are already here.

It's coming up to new year and prognostications are allowed. Pigsy has already made one that may cost him dearly : )

So I'll make a prognostication for 2019. and wear a t-shirt of MM's design if I am wrong.

If they play Wernher Von Braun's fake alien invasion card in 2019, they will find out just how true Bigelow's words might be. I think that card will trigger more then they are perhaps expecting and from a surprising direction.

I'm just joining a few dots on what this thread has uncovered.

If Skunkworks has the technology as Baa's link a few posts above alludes to. If the TTSA is a government/public front to control the narrative. Then once TTSA has established it's position, things will probably happen. I would think the TTSA will provide a public face for people to turn to in uncertain times. That TTSA is pretending all along that they know the truth doesn't really matter, public perception that they do know is what counts.

I said before that the TTSA is building a plausible history. That would be enough for Joe Public, if all he wants is reassuring.

That the TTSA has been denied access to four secret programs is perhaps enough. Perhaps access was not the purpose? For the TTSA to be digging allows deeper secrets to say without saying "we are here" when they are ready.

"Disclosure", in a way of speaking is to say something exists. The undisclosed cannot act or it will disclose it's own existence, so it is handcuffed one might say. The undisclosed, when it is ready, will use someone else to open that door.

The TTSA is perhaps all about disclosure, but disclosure from another viewpoint.

Middlemen is what I'm thinking the TTSA is and nothing more. What is to be disclosed is probably in control.

IF TTSA deliver anything groundbreaking in 2019, I will change my profile pic to a "I Love Zondo" pic, I already have a feeling that I won't have to.

I would hypothesize that TDL knocked on a few doors and he was the right useful idiot (thanks kev) in the right place at the right time for the right operation. I can imagine a few high end military guys that are really out of touch with the "youth" thinking that TDL was the right guy to communicate their "message".. The Kardashians or Kanye West would have been much better and entertaining.

There are quite a few indications, that it was realized he could be used for various things and I think this is evidenced by what TDL has stated a few times, there are hints of control that didn't start with him, and also some just odd things that sound ridiculous that people have seem to have forgotten.

TDL asked for advisers, of which he didn't choose, he was given.

TDL was "interviewed" for a radio show and it wasn't long after the "interview" was over that he was told that it wasn't real. It was all a setup to train him how to deal with questions in similar situations...it was an element of control and not orchestrated by him. Shame he didn't remember his training for the Rogan show huh!

I would also suggest that he has been messed with as well, how I don't know, but his story about being out in the desert and hearing voices outside the tent and he had a "timeslip" of 2-3hrs - all very indicative that something isn't quite right with ol' Tom or that he was messed with somehow.

He mentions being interrogated for 2 days by someone who wanted to know how he knew all the things he put in his book. At the end of the 2 days, the interrogator told him to keep doing what he's doing, that it was a good thing.

If this actually occured, then I think its indicative that he is merely being used as a pawn for misinformation.

(laugh) I thought it was a reference to the song about people doing terrible things to dogs mentioned a few pages ago, so I naturally assumed . . . . .

If we put a wig, glasses and fake mustache on TDL for when he is undercover and ridding shotgun for Zondo on a "delivery" he would look just like that UK comedian. TDL was getting a bit on the tubby side too of late.

We live in an information consumption society where information from 10 mins ago is seemingly forgotten because there is something else shiny and new. Some of those earlier interviews pre-TTSA announcement are interesting in regards to what TDL states and what we know now.

Most of which I think gives indications that he is a puppet and also that with a little ego massaging, he will be the New Messenger of UFOlogy swinging a Sword of Truth...hmmm.....there's been a few of those before.. Greer, Bennewitz, Bill Cooper, to name a few.

There are hints as I mentioned, of some of the things that he spoke about...not using the words, meta-materials or antenna BUT do link very nicely as I said.. to what has been talked about since.

VR was apparently a "contactee" which is, I would think, different to an "abductee". She was also there in the beginning of the new-age UFO cult. So a collaborator perhaps? If so, there would be more.

The "greys" have a big domed place they take abductees, (UFO interior?). A huge dome with what looks like a tube from top to bottom in the center, the base section of the tube is wider. Shapped a little like a pot belly stove. That is what they refer to as a "reactor". The "greys" build matter and disasemble matter with it and some can even swim in it. They also come and go from "there" to "here" via the reactor.

They can also play about with their appearances and people's memories. Basically the "greys" can "allow" abductees to see whatever they want them to see and experience in this dome.

My educated guess is that Tom may have been an unwilling conscript - a "contactee" before he understood what it ment. Informed consent is not something the "greys" consider important as far as I know.

The "greys" put a marker on people they want to keep track of; saliva.

In regards to TDL and TTSA and leaving ET out of it.. ironically... I would suggest that TTSA et all is nothing to do with ET from a serious or investigative perspective. Their own output over the last 12 months I think is evidence of that.

I also suspect that UFOlogy overall is more akin to social engineering and an experiment into Belief Systems and how these can be maintained / changed or completely altered and its applications in on the general / wider / global populace.

All TTSA is.. is a public facing version... to control / create and steer a narrative of their choosing. To keep it appearing "genuine" hahahahaha... the people within TTSA wouldnt know this.. apart from maybe Zondo who is ex COINTELPRO after all.

It's the motivations for doing so that interest me...

I do however find some individuals interest and involvement with TTSA very interesting, from a microbiology and Scientology perspective.
