Well Joe loves his portals on the cheap... I don't know.. but I imagine he would say
they are 'psychic portals' or something like that.. as a fallback..

I wouldn't be surprised if he had tried to use the so-called Montauk psychotronic
technology.

Of course SWR has most people convinced that a big honkin portal exists on the
neighbors property and that is the source of everything.

Portals are in vogue.

UFOjesus. I wish someone would refute some of the crap he spouts. I actually enjoy his videos for some reason. He's the crazy guy at work you think is kinda funny but don't want to introduce to your real friends.

LOL. And Zondo clearly shares your joy

I really hope they have an ace up their sleeve, I truly do. They have an opportunity to prove things we've all speculated on for a long time. It just doesn't seem like they are eager to do that.

I suspect they will indeed have an ace up their sleeve whatever that ace turns out to be?

This is the original spiel from TTSA

To The Stars Academy strives to be a powerful vehicle for change by creating a consortium among science, aerospace and entertainment that will work collectively to allow gifted researchers the freedom to explore exotic science and technologies with the infrastructure and resources to rapidly transition them to products that can change the world:

I rewrote it and this is what they should have said if they were a legitimate organization that wanted to seek disclosure or just become a vehicle and point of knowledge and information about UFOs

Here is what they should have said:

To The Stars Academy strives to be a powerful vehicle for the disclosure of accurate information about UFOs and the alien Phenomenon that has apparently invaded the planet earth. We will connect with other gifted researchers, scientists, knowledgeable seekers, and governments across the globe -- to explore this exciting field of study.

Interestingly, there are 4 communication vehicles for TTSA so far.

The website, Zondo, Delonge, and Levenda…

They’re all going in different directions. Now that in itself is not a problem since it can be that each one of these points can be dealing on their own separate level.

Levenda, a master at understanding correspondences, has correlated the Phenomenon with spirituality. His book very masterly elucidates that formula.

Zondo seems to be taking the scientist level, the one seeking objective scientific knowledge.

The website can be said to express the vision of TTSA, even though the lack of any straightforward expressions regarding basic UFOlogy is troubling.

Delonge’s level would be difficult to describe, though, maybe it can be classified as the layman's level one can deduce from his communications. Or maybe the entertainment level is Delonge’s category.

I guess Mirageman they have to market their product in ways which will entice us to chomp on what they propose.
So far its clearly been a mixed bag of reactions. What happens after the closure of the investment side on the 28th of this month? What then?

They'd clocked up at least half a million dollars in investments a few days ago. Well, AT LEAST that much, based on the $200 minimum for each investor.

They used to provide the total in the pot, but not anymore. Actually, I'll have another look now...

Here it is... "2547" investors; x 200 = $509400. At least. Of course we don't know how many invested way above $200, if any.

What was their target again?

It seemed like the truth needed spreading, and lies needed to be pointed out. MirageMan did a great job here in this thread, it reminds me of the old ATS, and I wanted to be a part of it

Thanks for the reply.

Yeah, it's nice to be part of the 'old ATS', even without really knowing what that means, lol.

Imo Firmage is a possible contender for the identity of the new owner of Skinwalker Ranch. I don't have much to go on other than his eccentric interests and equally eccentric phenomenology projects over the last few years. I'd be more surprised if I was right than if I'm wrong though.

An interesting guess.

The new owner seems quite trim and slim - so that rules out Robbie (oops, no offence to Rob, whose extended interview in Corbell's Extras was actually a highlight, and quite a brave move).

Joe, though? You may be onto something, GUT...

Hmmm, place yer bets!

As for SKW in general, I've said enough about that place, and eagerly await ctj83's video analysis of the infamous 'twin towers' footage - which Springer believes will deserve its own thread.

If fully subscribed the TTSA fund raiser would achieve $50m from subscribers.

It's nowhere near that amount. They took the amount off the website because in the April financial filings there was a rather large discrepancy of how much had been raised and what was declared on the website.

They had raised around $2m - £2.5m at which point everything disappeared.

So it looks like this option is likely.

If the offering size were to be less than $5 million and above the $1 million minimum, TTS AAS would adjust its use of proceeds by reducing planned growth of employee headcount, reducing operational costs, and slowing down projects or not making investment in projects. The company is also required under the loan to Our Two Dogs, Inc. to repay 10% of the net proceeds from funds raised in this offering, up to $400,000 in this scenario.

So if the project doesn't raise $5m then any money invested goes to paying his 'existing' team.

That would be costs of wages, production for book & CD royalties, merchandise , website design and maintenance, accounting and management fees, producing promo videos. Also of course handing over cash to to EarthTech owned by the VP of TTSA, Former $cientologist Hal 'the Hoff' Puthoff for storing and looking at possible UAP parts). $100k goes to Tom guaranteed and a $400k minimum to his Two Dogs Hotdog company plus interest payments. Possibly money to various media sources for paid promotional slots interviewing their celebrity panel could be added in there. Income will be from sales of books, merchandise and CDS. Not much there to build a spaceship I guess.

A question. Does anyone actually like TTSA and what it appears to be trying to achieve?

Everything appears so very dark and shady.

Good grief - there's enough material here for a Monty Python sketch.

Far be it from me to suggest Michael Palin is playing TDL during his first big meeting with the big boys...

Effectively TTSA is a penny stock. Or fraction of a penny stock.

85,005,400 shares were allocated at a nominal value of $0.003 at a total net book value of $286k to the owners and employees of TTSA.

Buying shares at $5 each would not be prudent. They could dilute the value at any time.

The Hoff and Big Derek have had these samples locked in a cabinet near the glass window of their office since June 17th??? I would expect them to take them out again soon. Probably pop them back in and then bring them out for Christmas too. Any analysis has probably been done and was unimpressive so they've stayed silent. Another Zondo mission is probably required to get more footage for their upcoming TV special. But remember I don't control the narrative they do.

They are very annoyed and seemingly think other people want to control their narrative. But it's their narrative to control. Maybe their Global Security Director should really check if his own people are leaking stuff? That's really his job isn't it?

All the more likely now too, because they came up around $48 million short of there goal.

It sounds like they will slow down the operation even further in the future because of that.

And nothing wastes time week after week like a show on the "history" channel...

It stopped being about real History a long time ago. I suspect a script that will see Zondo 'Ice Road Trucking' around and looking for UAP parts in Alaska. He'll fall into the ice but come up with a strange piece of 'metamaterial'. Losing a truck but gaining a UAP part. Then he'll be back to EarTech to buddy up with the Hoff in a warm embrace, but not with Big Derek. Filing cabinets will be opened and things will be squirrelled away. That is until the American Pickers turn up to offer $500 for what looks like an old Billy Meier prop. The Hoff tells them no way and then places the stuff in a much more secure location where the part is locked away.

Big Derek then forgets to pay the bill and the Storage Wars guys are called in. Zondo is sent to bid against them and ends up paying $50k for a hunk of metal that he found whilst nearly drowning earlier in the series. Finally Giorgio watches the Hoff test it and tells us all it could have fallen off the Roswell spaceship before it crashed. Zondo heads for Vegas and talks to his Pawn Star brother ChumLee about selling the part. Rick Harrison isn't convinced by the spiel or the paperwork as it looks like Jesse Marcel's signature has been forged on the paperwork (Big Derek's work). So no deal.

Finally Zondo takes it around to RIck Dale's American Restoration shop in the hope that he can restore the part into it's original condition. At the end of the episode Tom, Zondo, the Hoff and Big Derek all turn up for the unveiling..........Where the boys are shown a fully restored 1984 Cadillac.

Brilliant series I would say.

UFOlogy is currently a religion.

There are many cults within any religion, all of which are fighting for control.

However over time, sometimes people in religion get especially greedy for money,
power and control of people's lives.. and they go to war with other religions,

and sometimes you get a mass consolidation of power - for example the 3 Abrahamic
faiths went through this.

Now religion has nothing to do with factual information...

I don't know precisely what TTSA was ORIGINALLY.. but by trying to overpower religion,
without having any facts either.. they are defacto becoming a religion.

Humans will turn *anything* into a religion.. (WWII cargo cults for example).

We are watching a consolidation and syncretization of UFO religions right now.. the sociology
folks must be very interested.
