I'm Le Cordon Bleu qualified. Kitchens are coming around. When I started they were pretty disturbing. This is only 20 years ago. Everywhere was just a
big shag fest. I personally caught two people shagging in my walk in chiller. Took a long time for them to bleach that whole fridge out. Every night
was party time even though you would work 12+ hours. The old guard are generally pretty much dirty old men. Incredibly skilled at their trade but old
horn dogs. I know personally know one of the best chefs we have in this city is incredibly dodgy. One of his flagship restaurants had an upstairs room
that had some Weinstein level stuff went on. He is growing quite the empire in this city. Amazing chef. Complete prick. Notorious P..I.G. was the best
name i heard. Times are a changing. Kitchens run better without the creeps.
