True, because what they do is so evil most wouldn't even think of doing such things, no less acting upon it.
We are victims of a failure of imagination - something the criminal types never seem to lack.
They are very creative when it comes to ways to extort, steal, kill, torture or control.

Agreed. Sometimes the best place to hide is in plain sight. Ninety-nine percent of people won't look up from their phones long enough to see what's going on around them.
