How The Deep State Keeps The Complicit Quiet

So many members on ATS, who for whatever reason still don’t comprehend the agenda of the New World Order (or the Deep State or the Globalists. Pick a name.)

One of their favorite questions is this: “How do they keep thousands of people quiet?”

In other words, how do the bad guys keep so many people complicit in the plan? I think the answers should be obvious, but it’s a good question for the unindoctrinated.

Kevin Shipp knows.

He’s a high ranking whistleblower from the CIA. Here’s his very knowledgeable answer to all of you who don’t quite grasp this. I’ll list the most important here and then direct you to his seriously mind-blowing interview.

1) Be aware that the Shadow Government controls the Deep State, according to Shipp. They are two different entities in a vast trillion dollar matrix.

2) Also keep in mind we are now a post-Constitutional Government. The people are no longer in charge.

3. So where are the whistleblowers out of the thousands who are complicit?

They sign secrecy agreements. Even people at NOAA sign them these days. In the beginning these agreement were meant to protect secret programs but now they’re apart of the day. Punishment for breaching these agreements is prison. This stops 99% of the people according to Shipp. When they sign the agreement, they’re giving up all their constitutional rights. Most people find this out the hard way.

4. The intelligence community is so powerful not even congress can control it. They created “The State’s Secret Priviledge” which keeps everyone and everything out of their way since 1948.

5. If anyone shows any sign of not going along with the program, promotions stop there, You’re put in the corner of a building somewhere where everyone will see you and get the message.

6. If you continue to push, they’ll raise the rates on your credit cards, cars and other loans so that your life is unaffordable. You’re not allowed to withdraw retirement funds which is basically a felony. In short, they destroy you.

7. They send you to medical services if you persist where you are declared unstable.

8. Investigator generals, who should be monitoring illegal activities within agencies are complicit.

9. There is a culture of fear within agencies. “The paranoia palace” is what a lot of these workers call their workplaces. They are afraid because they know their lives can be destroyed. They’ll take you down as far as they can and everyone knows it.

10. The whistleblower protection act doesn’t apply to you if you signed the secrecy agreement. Which is just about everybody.

11. Forget about calling the paper. Reporters who are tied in with the CIA will call them and tell them you contacted them with your story.

Shipp has a resume with the CIA longer than this page. He is beyond reproach in my opinion. He has several videos out there on YouTube with GeoEngineering Watch. The CIA tried to destroy him; he is fighting back.

He’s one credible whistleblower.

There's also divide and rule. Here in LA we have anti TPTB leftists and many of them mistrust so called conspiracy theorists. They may say the Illuminati or Deep State is BS, but they do acknowledge that Henry Kissinger and many others are dangerous people.

Deep state government is not something new.
Its easier to look back at the really old historical "deep state" key clues.
CIA disclosures can be found in strange places.
The Kryptos puzzle commemorating the old CIA might open some doors.

You want to know what's more terrifying than any of these nonsense conspiracies? The fact that there is no grand conspiracy or shadow governments, and that NO ONE is driving this bus.

Maybe this Shipp guy is a disinfo agent, trying to send all of you guys off on a wild goose chase?

Why not make people paranoid and go looking for things that don't exist...by having a guy who is "above reproach" apparently come forward and fight back.

If, according to you, they have all these ways to "destroy you"...

How has this guy not been destroyed? How is he able to waltz around and do his videos and presentations? Doesn't the fact that he's "blowing the whistle" sort of contradict everything you and he claim?

You really have to be pretty blind at this point to not see what’s going on.

Have you never researched Kennedy’s assasination? Eisenhowers’s farewell speech? Carrol Quigley’s books? Read WikiLeaks files? Even just watched the news this last year?

I was told about this plot by a family friend of my parents 12 years ago. He was quite high up in government. He was very concerned.

I’ve been researching ever since. I haven’t come by this lightly.

But it seems pretty out in the open to me. People talk about it openly now.

Are you afraid? Or are you one of them?

A time will come when all of this will crash onto our compliment heads. When our children ask us what we have allowed to happen. And all we will say is "we didn't know" "we didn't understand."

People disappear from this site regularly, we are not allowed to talk about members so we really have no idea if indeed they have been disappeared by a secret entity or just left for their own reasons.

It's called getting tired of ATS and just not logging back in. People have the attention spans of cracked out squirrels.

And the DIA does scrub websites and knock on people's doors for violating NDA's -- so if any of these so-called "whistleblowers" talking about this "Deep State" were really onto something, they wouldn't even have videos on YouTube for people to freak out over.
