Thats because you wash too much and don't eat enough dead cow.

Don't wash for at least 8 weeks, find a cow and kill it with your bare hands then eat it, the whole thing, bones and all, then you will get your chakra levels up.

It closed but someone took over and their club was called Kinetic.
