It is entertaining. I know some years ago some people trolled the translator with flood suggestions and they were changing some soccer teams names to very hilarious meanings. Its easy to change the result if many people give the same suggestion to the translator.

i will say it again:
since 2016 there where a bunch of odd happenings related to an misterious entity called pepe or kek, sadly everthing wasnt taken seriously and mostly ignored for having connections to political chaff

Google Translator offers the option to submit suggestions for an improved translation of words and phrases. Anybody can make use of that function and manipulate the output of Google Translator.

What has been exposed by the video in the OP is probably the work of a bunch of 4chan trolls.
"Pepe the Frog" comes to my mind.

Wow, I just figured out that I get these weird translations with any language (other than English) set as target language.
That makes it rather unlikely that this is some kind of hoax by the public. This # is Google-internal!
