What do you expect to find out about his activities and from whom? Does he have an office he's not showing up at?

Really though arrest records are public. If he's arrested its either his hometown where does he live? Or its the D.C. courts. Finding proof would be quite easy. The list of indictments from Muellers office doesn't show Podesta arrested or even on a list.

This was two months ago. I think they've shut it down by now.
And they weren't distancing themselves from him. He's got a very minor FARA offense that will probably be dismissed when he files the proper paperwork.
