The news source does not matter. If there is a news black out thats not going to happen. I guess the only way we can prove it atm is see if he makes public appearances in the next few days or not..

There is no need black out . He has not been arrested. He doesn't make public appearances so that isn't proof of anything.
Those sealed indictments should be opened by now. Someone should check those docket numbers to see if they have been. And who's named are on them.

No. Such an event would be reported on across the partisan media spectrum. If it isn't then he is still a free man. Deny ignorance and stop making things harder than they need to be.

Those are summons and complaints not indictments. It's a civil suit. A personal injury case.
