These are criminal indictments meaning that the feds have enough evidence to charge someone with a crime. There's no telling when they will be opened or how many (if any) have to do with the Mueller investigation. It does seem there is an unusual amount of sealed criminal indictments though.

Can't wait to find out how many of these will be directly linked to the arrests in SA! If the most recent numbers of indictments are true, this goes beyond one investigation. A massive paper trail/black book has been found somewhere.

An indictment can be sealed so that it stays non-public until it is unsealed. This can be done for a number of reasons. It may be unsealed, for example, once the named person is arrested or has been notified by police.[14]

And from research it looks like if there is an ongoing investigation involving said person the indictment may remain sealed.. For obvious reasons..

Mother is going to be awhile catching up on all those questions! They really are a bit mind boggling the way they weave themselves together. It has been quite the history lesson if anything else.
