25/5 via Comcast for me, which for me is more than sufficient. I've had ATS working just fine at 10/2 before.

Not going to blame Comcast on this one, I'm logged into Warframe and playing just fine. I've had no in-game latency warnings when partying up, no game lagging, etc. I'm pretty sure it's along the line closer to Phoenix than the users.

Seriously. Run a tracert and track down the hiccups. They start 3 out from ATS.

yeah my speed isnt an issue im getting 60/15 and can access other sites no problem.

the issue for me appears to be primarly with ats when going through comcast.

i dont think this is an ats issue.
i wonder how many of us having issues are comcast customers?. its almost like it could be a throttling issue or simething comcast related at the moment.

where are u located?

All my web-browsing windows were slow - some kind of bizarre lag in entering text. Had to do a reboot.

I also did the phone tether test. No problems. Speed is slower, less throughput. But the pages load quicker than Comcast.

Looks like a lot of packet loss going the Comcast route.

I'm on a gigabit line, coming out of Denver, CO.

Speed test has me sitting pretty, cleared cache/cookies/history/temp.

Every other site seems as quick as possible.. But ATS pages are like dial-up.

dns-flush, network rest, reboot.

Still slow as molasses in January.

Ping test comes back spotty, missing 1/4 of the pings..

Tracert gets spotty after the phoenix/LA level3 split.

Yes it's slow and doesn't load all the pages all the way and hangs bad.

Probably because this site has become a complete waste of time at this point. Bogged down with way too much BS.

Usually it is here in Georgia as well.
Tonight it is taking 3-4 minutes to load a page. I noticed it when I went into a thread and there was only the OP . The location to star was missing . The location for the flag was still there. Waited about 2 minutes and the page loaded fully.
May need to replace some of the squirrels .

Yea, must be those ATS squirrels are on strike.... or they finally died trying to drive that big 'ol machine.

RIP ATS squirrels..

There are certain times of the day I have to click a star 10 to 20 times for the star to be given.. Flags 5 to 10 times... When posting anything I copy first because many times it just disappears.. Maybe my end but yes it sucks..

I'm wondering if it just the database side of the forum being overloaded with all the activity, and traffic. I mean, thats what this site really is once you peel away the pretty wrapper we all see and have come to love and or hate.

Any one have an idea what kind'a hardware the server is using? I'm guessing it's an actual server, and not someone's Dell Latitude plugged in in the corner next to the router, right? (Kind'a what I've done with a Plex server for all our home movies I've moved over to digital copies.)..

techcrunch.com...

yep it was comcast. configuration error my butt . I wouldn't doubt that they are testing throttling for when net neutrality goes away. they even stated only certain sites were effected. interesting ats was one including reddit, facebook, techcrunch.

"Having issues with Comcast this morning? You’re very much not alone.

Right around 10 am Pacific, we started seeing reports from both coasts that the internet had suddenly slowed to a halt. Certain sites would load just fine, but the vast majority (from Reddit to Facebook to TechCrunch) simply timed out."

Yep , definitely a test run.

You best convince Trump to get rid of that Comcast FCC wh0re he assigned or next election you will only be accessing cnn, msnbc , and hearing all the great things Hillary has done.
