It seems though, that the OP is quite aware that there are two cameras at play. Since he included images from each in his animation.

It's lens speck and sits there for years now.. Believe me I know , did a lot of Mars threads in the early days..

I don't understand what the confusion is about. Upon closer inspection it's just a Bobby Fleet and his Band with a Beat flyover.

if you turn the sound up the alien is asking if rover would like some sweeties and to see some puppies.

look up near the top a small black, perhaps I should say dark thing.
