Interesting new Vegas shooting detail emerges from Sheriff

Obfuscation is the name of the game. People will be distracted with this for months and years on end. Good job whoever planned this, you're doing a great job so far.

Another thing about Campos. One of the reports that's surfaced is that the LVPD are suspicious of Campos because he had an "excessive" amount of gunshot residue on his hands. This suggests that he did a lot more shooting than he's admitted to.

I had wondered about him and GSR but he "had a night stick". The shoot out was a shoot at him.

GSR would be very suspicious, wouldn't it. The only shooting seems to be from bad guys.

I have a new theory... perhaps paddock spoked at the site of a uniform coming up hallway. Paddock opened fire.... gunman 2 or more seeing this as weekness kill paddock. Police continue to admjt they can not place paddocks suicide on the timeline yet. Disorgsnized now the gunman/gunmen open fire on the crowd.

Alternately they kill paddock after the shooting begins and escape leaving him to take the fall.

The original story was that Campos 'took on the shooter unarmed'.
What shooting has he admitted to doing?

Why is there any GSR on his hands?

I agree, where's all the security video of Paddack walking around the casino? I mean all other times things like this happen there's security video.....it's a damn casino, there's cameras everywhere and I do mean Everywhere......Those holes you can see are mighty low to the floor. I know if I was going to shoot thru the door I would do it at center mast height. I would want to stop the entry, not shoot the man in the legs. Why would you build a "platform" to fire from when your on the 32 floor? He wasn't firing straight down, he was firing out and across. No need for a platform. IMHO. You all do know that number 32 is sacred to Skull & Bones society?

Last but not least...the original video. Why is that guy filming not running away like the other 22 thousand. I mean watch it. He never moves. Cops are running thru his camera shots & he doesn't move, nor do you hear any audio of him the one filming. I know if I was filming that stuff, you would hear all kinds of shat out my mouth. Here we have silence. Makes one wonder.....also why did the lights come on to illuminate the crowd? The guy filming and not running for his life is a big anomaly for me. All most like if you stand here and film you want be hit by any rounds.

I found virtual tours of the featured suites at Mandalay bay and interior trim and doors seem to all be a cream color. www.mandalaybay.com... The dark tan mustard color is the hall side. Look into the room. The trim on the base molding is cream colored. You can just see a small section.

Hello everyone. This is my first time posting about this sad event and its continued complications as the days pass.

I only want to make a few observations about the crime scene photo of the doorway.



1. If you look closely at the area I've marked with red arrows, the edge of the door looks a bit rough, leading me to think that that is the hinged side. That rough finish would have been hidden in the door frame.

Or, we are looking at the interior side of the door, and it should be rotated 270 degrees counter clockwise and reversed.

Either way, we can't see the entire door, so we can't tell how high or low the bullet holes are.

Those holes are from incoming fire. When bullets travel through wood it typically splinters along the grain upon exit.

I'm not a door expert, but might that be the "inside" of the door? how can you tell that it is the outside?

Curious.

The man (supposedly) fires a few thousand from an elevated position over 1000 feet from his target and kills 50+ and wounds hundreds more.

Yet, he fires 200 rounds at a person standing outside his door and only hits him once in the leg.

Seems a little inconsistent.

Here's my dilemma.

Mandalay Bay video records all hallways 24/7. How could it take so long to verify the timeline of the shooting. Everything is timestamped. The Mandalay Bay security videos will put an end to everything or they'll show what really happened. Who has these tapes? Why are we not seeing anything from them? These hallway videos are everything. Also, why would the shooter just kill himself right in the middle of the his plan? He had a ton of rounds left, many more guns, he could see when swat was seconds away due to the cameras, why wouldn't he just die in a firefight with swat if knew he was going to die anyways? Nothing adds up. Also, did he really need a note? What calculations were they? Nothing adds up. I literally had to just sign up just because nobody is asking about the Mandalay Bay security tapes.
