It would be good to see some more competition.

Having said that, after visiting NZ ... the Rugby culture is insane !

The All Blacks will be benchmarks for quite some time.

Good luck ! 😎

We NEARLY beat them too!
Last play of the game... Stuart Hogg got within 2 metres of their line... A Try and Conversion would have won us the match... closest we've come to beating them for YEARS! They are indeed the benchmark!

Fin, Loved the music vid! Great song! Also loved your story! Nice things for me to wake up to. I did see that they were in here last night before I went to bed, but wanted to take my time with them this morning, so pretty sure I starred them then.

Hello Gordi and Timely Dave! I'm not at all into sports so have nothing to add on the matter.

I will be going out later with Mark to his appointment to be checked to see how much blockage he has. He still hasn't been feeling well since he got out of the hospital which worries me terribly.

Wishing everyone a magical day!

Hello Sir Dave of the Shed lands! I forget what's in that golden milk, but If it has booze in it, that is a no no. He has been eating right, but it is a huge challenge as we now have to watch his potassium intake as well as sugars, starches, sodium and fats. He loves the higher potassium foods like potatoes, spinach, tomatoes...I mean even a lot of healthy foods are a problem. And have you seen an actual portion size for some things?

You might pick up an item and see oh this isn't bad, but the sodium is for 3 servings or the other ingredients he has to watch and that is for small portions of some items. Good Lord!

Reading labels would surprise folks, I mean if you find a food that seems perfect in every way then you discover there is one ingredient that is high in one thing or another. It's insane! AND...he is a picky eater. So yeah, it's a challenge, but we are working at it.

Thanks for asking Hun!

Night, love your new look just in time for the holidays.

Nothing exciting going on my world today other than my visit to the new psychiatrist. I was stuck waiting in a too loud waiting room before getting to see her. They are changing my medication a bit to see if that will help with the bad dreams I'm having just about every night.

As I had to get up at an unnatural hour of 8 am for this visit I took a nice nap in the afternoon listening to some youtube music and sharing my bed with one of my best buddies, my older cat.

The beginning of my YouTube napping music

If they have not mentioned it, Prazosin is a blood pressure med ... an older one... 5mg per night stops nightmares and bad dreams in about 50% of cases.

I use it for that purpose. It is a secondary use of the drug.

Hope it may help you.

Yes, that does help me to know this. I'm writing this down in my notebook for reference to bring up with my doctor on the next appointment. Thank you.

The white wolf called Wolf and the winged wildcat called Hugo, dragged in a big beautiful tree that Storm the dragon had broken down with his razor sharp teeth. Together they dragged it down the long hall and into the living room. Jojopo the goblin and Night Star struggled to get the damned thing up, swearing and cursing under their breath. "It was a lot easier last year!" exclaimed the Elf. Jojopo grunted. "Last year it wasn't quite this huge. I don't know what those darned creatures were thinking!"

Wolf and Hugo sat side by side panting from their efforts then growled their disapproval of the comments directed at them. With a stern look and hands on her tiny hips, Pesky scowled. "Christmas is weeks away and we are supposed to be merry and bright." She carefully opened the boxes of lights and flew around the tree trying to string them around as evenly as she could. "Besides, you should have waited for the other Shed folk to help, I'm sure they would have enjoyed joining in."

Night and Jojopo felt guilty for complaining. "Well...it's just that...we wanted everyone to come home and be surprised and enchanted." replied Night. She padded her way to the stereo and put on one of her favorite Christmas songs.

The goblin was still a little grumpy, but he was a goblin after all. He began taking out the lovely ornaments and hung them on the branches that he could reach. Suddenly a group of faeries flew into the warm, inviting room as the fire crackled and danced in the fireplace. They each reached into the storage boxes grabbing ornaments and decorating the higher branches. Though it took some time, the results were stunning in the end. Night plugged the tree in and the room was breath taking. Even Jojopo's face lit up with a smile.

Together they finished off by decorating the mantle and hanging a wreath above it. Pesky gathered with the other pixies bringing drinks and sprinkling pixie dust in them. Night called Wolf and Hugo over and tied a green bow around the wildcat's neck and a red one on the wolf. Jojopo stepped away. "Don't even think about it!"

Timely, thank you! Not so sure he would like the drink, but I will bring it to him.

Hello Blue! Beautiful yet sad song. I hope you hope find something soon to help with your nightmares. Glad that you and others have enjoyed my new look.

Hello Shadow oh mighty Wolf Lord! I feel you here watching over us in your silent moments. Always good to see and hear you though of course!

Print some source material from a reputable site and take it with you.

It is faster that way.

Doctors can be wankers too.

Lucid lay in bed and tried to figure out how to get up. It happened sometimes, where he didn't know how to do even a thing so basic. He was growing quite frustrated, and was considering calling for help, when he heard the troupe come in with the tree. He brightened considerably, and, since he was now acting in response, getting up was easy. He went down the stairs quietly, and came up behing nightstar, wolf, jojopo, Hugo and pesky. He saw Nightstar putting on ribbons, so he snatched a purple one up for jojopo, and as the goblin stepped away from nightstar he stepped into lucid who quickly tied the knot and stepped away, a smile on his face.

Oh.... Nightmares

I am a self-learned specialist. What i can recommend is half an hour of no internet or TV before you go to try sleeping. So you won't have bad influences from the media circulating in your mind. Meds might help, but in some cases, they can make nightmares worse. Once i had so many nightmare nights in a row that i was too scared to sleep. Coffee all the time and very bad feeling overall in mind and body.

Usually, for me, i "wake up" (not really) and then some crap happens. It is still in fresh memory that i "woke up" and wondered the lights behind my curtains and a buzzing sound. I looked out the window and there was a UFO hovering in front of my window. They sent some kind of a beam to my right hand and the hand disappeared. No blood, no pain, but also, no hand anymore. Then i woke up for real, immediately looked at my right hand, heart racing, and i actually kissed my hand just because it was still there and functional.

Just cracked a bottle. I am not depressed now or anything, i just don't have much else to do with all this time in my hands. This time-zone thing is strange... usually when i wake up and start writing here, not much answers. And then when i sleep at night, and wake up in the morning, there can be 2-3 pages of fresh reading,

I will mentally guard your sleeping. I will make the nightmares vanish and turn them into roses. Spikeless ones. Oh and marshmallows!

Bugger the roses. Perhaps sweet loving dreams would help enormously.

So send forth those sexy vibes.

BTW Roses have thorns.
