Dotard Trump is so caught up in appearances, and having to be seen as having been the one who always backs winners, he can't even say he stood on principle in his support for Strange and regrets that the best man for the job didn't win!
From 1994 to 2002, Trump owned a 50% share of the Empire State Building. He would have renamed it "Trump Empire State Building Tower Apartments" if he had been able to boost his share.

Truth has always been transient for Trump. Remember how many times he denied knowing/meeting Putin?
He's a man that knows that his core followers will support him no matter what he does ... as we see here.

It really is something peoples obsession with his tweets. A most fascinating living social psychological case study of the modern civilian here in the United States of Social Media. Rock on!
This is the equivalent of a little boy sneaking a cookie, breaking the cookie jar by mistake, and then duct-taping it back together.
When the mother notices and points it out, all of you say "Why is his mother so obsessed about cookies"?!

I interpret deleting a tweet to imply a certain amount of regret, or recognition that you said something dumb, but nothing more than that.
I mean, anyone who is under a hundred years old knows that anything you say on the internet does not go away, ever. If you seriously think Trump is trying to erase history, then you really should see a psychologist to be treated for your obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Really ?
The President of the United States had a bit of an Ooops moment and instead of doing what any honorable person would do and accept it happened and move on he deletes the evidence .... like no one would notice.
Pretty shady action but I'm not surprised some will defend him regardless.

Does he regret what he posted, for whatever reasons, and wants to take it off his account?

What you didn't get from my statement was that everyone all obsessing about the tweets is the Big Story regarding Trumps Tweets. He's playing a big game called trolling and scores of people are the marks; Like millions. It's like a state of the art game show; the ultimate augmented reality video game from his end. I'll bet that subconsciously speaking something like half of the fervor (in everyone obsessed with it) is driven by a bizarre sort of jealousy that hes the one who gets to have all the fun / it was his idea first / etc.

Agreed. The obsession is pretty funny. Slow news day...lets write about Trumps Tweets....or deleted tweets....great reporting and journalism....hard to believe any self respecting journalist would even give thought to the idea of writing about a tweet.
Yeah who writes threads revolving around tweets and Trump...
No one self respecting that’s for sure...

More people trolled by Trump I see. Have you guys not figured out yet he enjoys pissing people off?? Had an uncle the same way he would do anything if he knew it irratate's you. Reality is Trump likes to keep people talking about him. As the old adage says there is no such thing as bad publicity. The more he gets people to pay attention to what he says the better.

... and Vasa was never seen in the thread again.
Typical response from Trumpettes, his tweets don't matter unless its something they want to spam. Trump retweets a meme and they go crazy saying how great it is.
Also telling is how absent his usual defenders are from this thread, even they can see how embarrassing this must be for Trump.
Corker personally talked President Trump into coming to Alabama to campaign for Strange, several press outlets reported.
“Luther Strange’s election is so important to Bob Corker because the last thing he wants is Judge Roy Moore in Washington asking uncomfortable questions about his sweetheart deal in McGowin Park on behalf of Mobile, Alabama taxpayers,” one veteran Republican political operative tells Breitbart News.
