It's a lot like ghosts.

Once it happens you finally know it's real.
That cannot convince anyone else 100%.
But it does convince you personally 100%.

And then your entire view of the Universe changes because of this revelation.
Even if you already believed it 'might be real', once you have that encounter you finally get your evidence that you've been needing to know for sure it was real.

I can relate to this cloudy state you're speaking of in the event. It's like a dream but it's not a dream. I would call it restricted advanced consciousness. Like, you're in a hyper aware state but something/someone has put the training wheels on.

I've been beckoned to my window after vivid dreams by two semi translucent soft white glowing and hovering orbs. They wanted me to see them and then they or something disembodied gently put me back down.

The baby in the corner is of special interest to me because of an experience I had. Did they ask you what you thought about the baby or its appearance? Did they ask how you felt about it?

In one of my experiences a being/presence wanted me to look at a new baby in a crib/incubator thing? As I looked at it, it resembled the traditional grey alien but maybe slightly human? Mostly grey alien though. As I looked at it the being asked me if I felt love for this baby.

My eyes teared up with almost a euphoric like love and I said yes! Yes, I love this child! I loved him...well him/her like my own and felt empathy towards it. This seemed to satisfy the being and the dream was over.

By the way Grammar Nazi is capitalized, skullduggery can be spelled with 2 l's according to the dictionary, I used subsumed correctly, and since scandalous is an adjective and skullduggery is a noun I can use them in combination properly without being too redundant.

I was a lil loud maybe and either the alien or my internal self said something like "shhh don't disturb it" because I guess the baby Worf was sleeping, lol. I don't know if I felt anything towards it though, other than that I better quiet down so as to not wake it up and make it cry.

Well at first there were 3 of them.

After I lost sight of them around the building, on the second fly-by there was just one of them.

It slowly went dim as it went overhead, back to it's original position I saw it at once I awoke.
It didn't blink out or dart off, it just slowly dimmed out.

Once it got directly overhead of me it was probably half-dimmed out, then fully dimmed out about 2 seconds later.
Because it was moving slow that'd only be a difference in like 4 or 5 degrees in the sky at most.

It didn't zig zag a bunch or anything. I'm not sure about the other 2 because I only saw them momentarily and kept my focus on the brightest one that started right above me. The main one returned along that exact path on the return fly-by.

Well, all I could say is this could of happened out of curiosity, and the part of that slide, an other thread you had about the black holes ould speak loud enough. The nuts an bolts might as well have been your mind trying to configure something.

And yes, seeing something out of the ordinary like that could definitely raise alarms or bells in your head. I don't want to get into the esoteric your dream or abduction, but you should know this...

1. It's stuffy inside and with such nice nights after Irma and Harvey are over with I wanted to just enjoy being out in the open. I have been a stargazer since I was a teenager. I could have slept inside but it's uncomfortable.

That's reasonable.

2. Never been diagnosed with anything, have been through multiple extensive mental evaluations in the last few years. I guess I should go get my medical records, redact my ID info and just post them on ATS since it's such a big deal.

3. I don't remember tasting anything. I think I lit a cig pretty soon after waking.

That would indicate that you may not have actually puked at all. The taste of it would stick with you for a while, unless you washed your mouth out, brushed your teeth, etc.

Well maybe its just me but...i dont go getting gushy over a baby i do not know. Sure i tyr to love everyone but not as instatly as that. They didnt fool her either. they just gave her a suggestion and her emotions followed though. A command hidden in a question.

Yes jealousy is one of the most challenging aspects of life as a human being. I've had my fair share of facing it and fighting to overcome it.

But it can be beaten.

It's an everyday process though. Once you think you've won things like hate, fear, greed, or jealousy can come right back in an all new all different way.

You just gotta keep fighting them. And don't give up.

That may be the case here. If so, we need to be very careful to be supportive, yet try to bring the member back down.

The reason I asked him those specific questions is because I know someone that had a similar experience and I learned quite a bit from them. Wish the OP would answer the questions and engage in the conversation, but I can understand why they would not if they are ultimately going to be met with pure negativity.

Look, sometimes people just can't get over losing The One, especially if The One didn't think you were theirs. It happens. Having a dream and going full bat guano thinking it holds some literal out-of-this-world key to getting back into each other's lives isn't remotely normal, and ignoring that flashing neon sign trimmed with red flags isn't acceptable. You said yourself that you've had multiple mental health evaluations. Gee, I wonder what possibly for.

I share some of the same concerns you may have, but I think many are not approaching this issue in the appropriate manner.

We should not be bashing this member. We should be asking questions. Looking for context and helping provide logical advice/remedies to what they may be going through.

Tearing someone down serves no purpose unless we are looking to build them back up...having them learn from their experience.
