When Ingo remote viewed the moon,:
vvvv Told to check out a set of coordinates on the moon by a 'higher elite'.
Apprehensively, Swann did so. He found himself leaving the Earth and heading towards the Moon – the dark side of the Moon to be precise. He claimed he could see buildings and glass dome-like structures. His spiritual body entered this moon city. It was then that he noticed living beings. He described what he was seeing to Axelrod, including that these beings appeared to notice his presence.

This prompted Axelrod to bring the session to an immediate end, calling to Swann urgently, “Come away from there right now!”

It wasn't the aliens that told ingo to f*ck off. Note that ingo said in a video "people are saying I'm dead. (audience laughs) I say I am a reincarnate. But ingo did die, perhaps by gov.. Ingo told his alien experience as much as he could, in fact all abductees tell. But this 0.5% is at it.

I've seen a 3 footer with my own eyes so I am certain there is aliens.

Any of you can see one too. Your consciousness is connected to all that is. If you will something, your interconnection with atoms in you with all the rest is so strong, you can will them to flash, and they will. Once this happens, they'll know it was you and see you with their heat motion sensors. If you wave them to come down, you follow the steps and wait outside, show them you really wanted them to come, and they will.

That's why I know there is aliens. But I already knew before that because you can just know.
But I now I really know.

From watching the video, I'm personally come to the conclusion it's the new advertising drone that recently hit the market by Aerotain - Project Skye.

I'm in the drone biz. I'm around them daily and know their abilities.
this unit has gps enabled self stabilization.. meaning once locked in position it takes a lot to move it.
Heck my phantom 4 can withstand 70 km/h winds.
This unit is designed for elevation and stability.

Hmm. Enhanced it. Definitely looks like it has a "face". (left) eye, nose, smiling mouth... Think LEGO man face... tilted down at the city... or am I tripping?

Maybe that circular advertising drone thing isn't so far fetched... but there are still some questions there like flight time, permission to float over populated areas and rush hour traffic, why the need for the helicopter(s) etc. Are we sure the helicopter is verified as being the LA dept? I've checked FlightRadar24 and various sheriff copters (LA, Pasedena, Chino) are flying about near the purported time, but not in this area, so can we be sure the choppers seen in the vids aren't filming it purposefully?

Then why the hush hush if that is the case?
A drone is a perfectly reasonable alternative of course, but I know from real world experience, that isn't the only option.

The thing is, if it is a drone, out in the sky, it'd need some rotors and motors on the exterior... where are they? We'd see them casting shadows if nothing else. Also, it looks bigger than the helicopter! That drone eyeball is about person size.

A theory of it being a drone needs its own set of evidence to credit or discredit it. It is the best possibility outside of a controlled or occupied "craft" (from -who knows where).
Weather balloon, well, I'm not seeing that at all. There must be a record of a weather balloon like this somewhere if that is what it is. If it is a drone, there should be someone boasting about their achievements in its creation somewhere online...
Anything from "Project Skye" would have hallmarks... rotors, and from what I have seen in their videos, a non perfect shape. This has non of that... so not project skye. If not, then who? Any other companies we should know about?

For yourself, and I mean no offence, if that wraps it all up for you, then I'd take that and feel pleased you have an answer that satisfies you. Not saying you're wrong, but it is far from conclusive.

I think if that satisfies, he's not really interested in ufo/alien and more like a troll with no care to know ufos

"Drone" is a very broad term. Can you have a balloon drone?

Well, some sources over the years have alluded to "aliens" or interdimensional beings as being very concerned about nuclear explosions, as it supposedly causes damage beyond our plane of existence. We have Kim Jong Un doing tests right now, and escalating the nuclear posibility. So, maybe.. yeah. Who knows, can't be proved though, but that did cross my mind last night.

i've seen several people from U K on youtube say "haha funny aliens only like to visit americans" as if to say americans are delusional. but aliens prefer empty farmland with low population areas. UK non-coincedently, the only country laughing at american's UFO sightings is one of the highest population densities at 255. America is 33.

Looks like one of the helium advertising spheres from the High Life Music Festival that was held over the weekend of 26th to 27th August in San Bernardino.

Probably became untethered during the dismantling of the event?

Someone mentioned that it might be one from Brass Knuckles vaping company in the comments section? Brass Knuckles were advertising with helium spheres at the High Life Music Festival.

www.sgvtribune.com...

fletch22 • 6 hours ago Is this investigative reporting? It was a Brass Knuckles advertising balloon for their vape cartridges that broke free.

I googled for events and found the High Life Music Festival that was using helium advertising spheres.

www.highlifemusicfestival.com...

Some footage of the helium advertising spheres in the following video at the beginning. One also visible at 0:32

It requires more investigation. Possibly contact the Events Center to see if an advertising sphere broke loose during or after the event?

The festival was held at

National Orange Show (NOS) Events Center
689 South East Street
San Bernardino, California 92408

@tommyjo you bring up what i thought could be the truth of the matter. however, helium looses its boyancy after a day and you'd expect this free balloon to fall. also the ones in the video has ropes below so tethered down to stop from floating off.

"11 inch latex balloons will float on average 11-12 hours filled with helium and around 2-5 days when treated with a product called Hi-Float." -partyhire.co.nz...

The thing with helium to atmosphere balance is it is going to be rising.. depending on how strong the helium is, or falling. This thing is pretty proportioned to the sky at same level hight.
