The issue here is not only drugs being sold.

As indeed, whoever lives in a country, you will have groups of people selling drugs and other illegal stuff, independently on their origins/cultural background.

The point mentioned by the OP, slightly exaggerated (in my own personal European guy opinion) has nevertheless a lot of truth in it.
In Europe, you are seeing groups of culture (you would call them minorities in USA) getting bigger and bigger.
These people tend to live together, then recreate the life they had in their original country (a normal human trait).
Except sometimes this culture is pushing forward some items incompatible with our culture (e.g. how to treat women, women's rights).
These people also tend to speak their language (again, normal human trait).
As this group grows and grows, they tend to get less chances to speak the local language.

And here you have it, all the ingredients for missed integration, plus incompatible ideas.

Look at the rapes / sexual assaults of Sylvester night in Cologne.
So many everyday assaults, as mentioned by Hecate666, in Europe big cities (Paris, London)

FFS they are shouting "UK go to hell", when they are living in the UK!
And then how she is being verbally attacked for "trying to seduce someone", as she is wearing a dress.

So, the whole Europe is not like that, but some local areas, definitely.
