I assume this is the speech:

www.whitehouse.gov...

Sounds like he wants to have tariffs against China and bring back Kennedy's silver half-dollar. That's a good recipe to get you assassinated by the billionaire bankers.

I meant the speech more geared itself to pronunouncements like this:

For too long, a small group in our nation’s Capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have borne the cost.

Washington flourished – but the people did not share in its wealth.

Politicians prospered – but the jobs left, and the factories closed.

The establishment protected itself, but not the citizens of our country.

"Their victories have not been your victories; their triumphs have not been your triumphs; and while they celebrated in our nation’s Capital, there was little to celebrate for struggling families all across our land.

That all changes – starting right here, and right now, because this moment is your moment: it belongs to you.

It belongs to everyone gathered here today and everyone watching all across America.

This is your day. This is your celebration.

And this, the United States of America, is your country.

What truly matters is not which party controls our government, but whether our government is controlled by the people."

Funny you say that. I went on a bus tour that included Norway, Sweden and Denmark and few other countries in 1977 and i share your observations about the place.

I did not see any signs of poverty or extreme wealth anywhere in those countries.

They must have good systems in place that prevent people gaining the extreme wealth that enables them to corrupt and control governments.

did not see any stressed out people either, nice place, thought Holland would be a good place to have in the back yard.

I actually found a part of Holland I would like in my back yard, it was a café just outside of the red light district in Amsterdam.

IT all boils down to collectivism versus individuality.
The individual is no longer sacrosanct but a tool for the collectivists.
What problem has government ever solved?
It just gets bigger and bigger and bigger.
The Western Ideal of individual rights is being destroyed for the "greater good".
How can either the right or the left back that in all honesty?

Great read OP!

Here is a video put out by the Pentagon that goes along with Agenda 2030. They KNOW the results of what they are forcing on us and they are already planning. Not for our good, but for their control over us.

the purpose of government is to fill in for the lack of morals of the group, to force people to organize a economy, a defense, a infrastructure, all things communities could already do on their own, the bigger the government the less responsibility local communities need to have. the more out of control and immoral individual responsibility gets.

essentially what im saying is, spiritual/moral development should lead the species in the direction of shrinking government, of needing less and less government, we wouldn't need hate speech laws if there was no hatespeech,

we should but are not developing in a path to reduce the need for government. as government has grown so does the need for it, its like pampering children and watching it turn them into spoiled brats.

and ideal world government system would be a world so evolved that strict government wasn't necessary and so was phased out over eons.

until such a thing is possible we ought to endeavor to limit the size of government as much as possible so as to force the people to take on the necessary community responsibilities,

give the children responsibilities or they will never act responsible.

Oh come on... there is so much bull# in this OP. You ignored all information that didnt suit your belief! It happens so often on ATS that people who do not live in Scandinavia act like they are authorities on it. So I'll have to correct a lot of your writing.

I think it's safe to say that the model for the NWO is Scandinavia

Are you sure it isnt China? The Owner-Labourer model has always been elite obsession. People who are above the law, versus the slaves. In Norway there are very few extremely wealthy people. The elite would hate this.

obedient and compliant citizens

We are well known for protesting, taking our politicians to task, demanding information, and ousting corruption. We find it absurd how Americans seem to be the sheep, believing every word their politicians say.

Our health care does not end at 18. I do not know where you get this. Only extras are not covered. Like when I broke my hand I had to pay for painkillers. But at cost, not profit.

There is high unemployment

4,5% is high now? That's extremely average. Hmm, the US is at 4,3% and only a few months ago 4,8%. And in total numbers that's a LOT more people!

you cannot compare the kind of creativity and output there to a place like America.

Hmm, I wonder why 30 times the population would have more innovation... Considering how small we are, its amazing we have our own heavy manufacturing, nuclear research, disease research, AI research, video game, etc industries.

I started reading about how and why these socialist tendencies were set in Scandinavia, and I'm certain that they come from the same place they sprung up in America.

Then you didnt read very much. It came from the fact we were basically third world oligarchies with extremely poor farmers and wealthy landowners, and the people rising up and demanding fair wages, treatment, access to resources. We had wealthy elite trying to privatise our oil industry, and the people demanded it be nationalised. Very quickly our wealth increased and our middle class flourished. THAT is the reason we are so happy. Not letting the wealthy rule us. Healthy middle class majority.

Important to note that the family is not the nucleus is Scandinavian society. The state is. Children are taught to become independent of the family at an early age. It is difficult for me to imagine a world where human bonds, compassion and love take a back seat to the state and collectivism.

Oh my #ing god dude, could you be more alarmist. The family is the most important thing in Scandinavia. We often live with our parents through 20s. Our grandparents live with us when they cant take care of themselves. We dont let the tv raise our kids like you guys.
We teach independence at an early age because THINKING and SELF-RELIANCE are very Scandinavian ideals. Things that USED to be ideals in America too. Scandinavian women are equal and work, so kids cannot always be watched by parents. So we have relatives as well as very good daycares and it has the added benefit that children gain a healthy social development in how to relate to others.

Family is MORE important to us than in America. You guys dont even think fathers should get paternity leave.

2) Apartment buildings being built everywhere all of the time---everywhere I go. It's so pervasive that I can't even do this item justice in words. You'd have to see it to believe it. I believe this stems from Agenda 2020/2030 and their concerted effort to drive people into cities. The small, rural towns in Scandinavia are dying just as ours are. Pick any country in the world and you'll find this is true.

Young people prefer cities, everywhere. A house in Oslo will cost 1-5 million US. More economical to live with parents, or an apartment, or out of the city. Many people commute from outside cities. Only reason there is unemployment in Norway is that every kid wants to be in the entertainment industry. No one desires to work in a cannery/factory/heavy labour anymore.

And no one anywhere is doing anything about it. Money is not being given to rural areas to revive them and bring life to those areas where people choose to live a more sedate and rural life.

Wrong again. There are programs to pay people to live in sparse places in Arctic. My grandfather did it for years.

3) Relentless immigration. I believe one of the most important tenets of the NWO is to dilute patriotism and nationalism by forcing people to live together. This is a huge progressive tenet and when you're in Europe it is patently obvious what is going on. It's most obvious in Scandinavia because they've never been known as one of the great melting pots of the world. and so an immigrant wearing a scarf over her head and a long black dress sticks out quite a bit more than in a city like New York.

13,8% immigrant is the SAME AMOUNT AS THE US. More alarmist crap.

Also worth noting when people bitch about unemployed immigrants, there are more Eastern European unemployed than there are Asian and African combined! And the biggest immigrant population of all is from Poland. Yet it doesnt get mentioned by people bitching about immigrants, wonder why.

Everyone is blonde or brown haired with blue eyes

Oh my god dude, we have the most genetic variability of anyone. Hair is blonde, brown, red, black, eyes are green, blue, brown, even read the #ing sagas, way back then, same thing. You guys with your uninformed crap.

as a scandi I can agree that our society is somewhat rigid, a trait that I'm sure they consider a virtue.

personally I have difficulties getting through to my fellow countrymen, but I'm making progress by phrasing things in a language they understand - logic.

Actually, the problem in Scandinavia, as I have read quite a bit about, is the growing divide between the haves and the have nots. It's the topic of quite a few intelligent conversations in Scandinavian countries.

And there is quite a bit of conformity in Sweden. That's what holds the system together. Jante Law still runs through the veins of culture there. I'd be happy to list the ways in which conformity sets the tone for collectivism there if you want to argue the point.

I forgot to mention I'm of Swedish heritage which gives me some experience in my observations thanks to relatives, family history, etc.

If you study the true rise of socialistic reform in Sweden as it pertains to the NWO, I think Olaf Palme would be a good starting point.

Also, I am reading a current book on Sweden and your rural areas are truly struggling---as are many in the world.

I'm not bitching about immigrants. I was merely observing the changes in the world caused by immigration.

And finally DUDE (you really call people dude?) three weeks in Stockholm! It was patently obvious who were immigrants and who were not.

Arguing against that is just ridiculous. It's abundantly obvious!

Loved Sweden! Loved the museums, the people, the town's.... just making observations about the NWO--- something you're not well-versed in.

Beautiful place. Proud to be Swedish.

Hi,

It's been a while now that I ask myself about the role of marketing and brands in the New World Order project. We often talk about religion, secret societies, media, army and governments... but I have the feeling that today it is brands that control us (just take a look at Google!). Yet I cannot find a lot of information about the power of brands and marketers (are these posts censored by these same brands?), about the real intentions of Big Brands such as Nestle, Apple, P&G... You were mentioning McDonald's in your post...what about this brand that tries to be nice with children? Also, would you guys think that there some brands, for example organic brands, that are here to help us against the other brands?

Just an idea... and I would like to know what you think about all this corporate world. I created a profile especially for this
Sorry for my English.

Haf.

As much as a population can be generalised, Scandinavians tend to be humble/modest and that comes mostly from thousands of years of hardships of environment. The whole Lutheran anti-indivualist crap led to a lot of conformity too. However with downfall of religion Scandinavia is an individualist place with a backbone of humility/responsibility.

Even Forbes voted Denmark best in the world to do business, and most entrepreneurial. The way you write you make it sound like we're a human factory not allowed to do anything.

If you study the true rise of socialistic reform in Sweden as it pertains to the NWO, I think Olaf Palme would be a good starting point.

You mean how he was assassinated by the NWO for supporting neither America or Russia?

And finally DUDE (you really call people dude?)

Now you're just criticising the way I talk to avoid addressing the mistakes I pointed out from your OP.
