I Am Needing Prayers

Every listen to Joel Wallach on CoasttoCoastam.com? He's a walking encyclopedia and believes every condition can be healed through what he calls 90 essentials, and some things on top of that for special conditions. I have been doing the 90s for a while. He was on there recently, a couple of nights ago. Just go on Youtube and search 'Joel Wallach' and watch the top one, about 20 minutes. (Dr. Joel Wallach on Diabetes, Cancer, Arthritis, Obesity, Alzheimer, & more! - Youngevity ). There are a lot of other videos on there to be watched. He looks like he's in his 50's but almost 80.

As someone who has survived a so-called "massive" heart attack (thought it was a bad burrito!), multiple angioplasties, and, about four years ago, a 6 way bypass, hang in there!

Do not be afraid to opt for surgery, if it is recommended; I've never felt better since my CABG (Cardiovascular Arterial Bypass Graph). In fact, the worse part of the experience was the hospital food.

Hey, screw everyone. If they dont like you then they can take their opinions and get bent.

I dont know you very well, but as far as I can tell you are an honest person worthy of an honest prayer of good intent.

Your physical heart may be hurting, but I see nothing wrong with your inner heart.

May God bless you, keep you, and accept your worthy life as being deserving of healing and restoration.

I pray you will be healed, that your mind will be clean and true, and that your soul will shine through your wounds into the light of life and love.

Listen to your doc and have fish oil, cranberries, celery and Flaxseed oil (take minimally if on a blood thinner)

I do take fish oil and flaxseed oil too.I use olive oil and coconut oil for
cooking.I have a weakness for bacon and eggs for breakfast or spicy
sausage and bagels.
I have drastically reduced my alcohol consumption and drink less coffee too.
I already know the doctor will chew me out about my cholesterol.My guess
is that it is over 300 and climbing.
I am suppose to monitor my blood pressure and keep a record of the readings.
I haven't started that yet the blood pressure kit is still in the box.
Thanks to everyone for their support and needed prayers.

I finally broke down and took the blood pressure kit out of the box.
I am going to take it to work with me and see if the pharmacist can
show me how to use it.

I hate my blood pressure 'thing'. I look at and tell it "You just mind your own business, I can handle this"
