When police showed up at the apartment, they reportedly found drugs and a group of men engaged in sexual activity.

The priest was then arrested and taken for questioning.

Okay, now that you have explained more fully, then yes.

The Church however is not the seat of Satan, but Satan has definitely infiltrated it. If you poke around on here you will find some threads that I have participated in where this is discussed.

The seat of Satan is more broadstroke than a bunch of people in one religion. Think the UN, the EU the USA and all of the disastrous changes they have brought upon the world. There is the true seat of Satan - political leaders.

I'm not surprise at all. The act of "holy men" who preach "God's laws and words." They are the actual serpent who deceive Adam and Eve. And gullible people continue to trust them in the name of God. Just imagine the damage they have done to innocent children who have to suffer physiological depression for the rest of their lives. In fairness, God threat everyone equally. As long as we are human, we are bound by nature that make us human. No amount of God words could change that. And because we are human, we are bound to make mistakes just like Adam and Eve did. To think oneself special just because of Bible, Koran, Veshda, Torah etc.. is, as foolish as the drug addicted homosexual and child molester of vatican's cardinals. No one is immune to satan's temptation of immoral behavior, because it's part of our will to commit things against our better evaluation. What make us "Holy" or a better human isnt the words of God itself, but our own self awareness ( revelation ) to act accordingly with due respect to our neighbors.

It does appear that the Catholic faith draws more than it's fair amount of gays-many whom pray on their parishioners.

First, they have taken vows, second, they get paid public money given on the belief that they are what they say they are.
They are wolves in sheep's clothing misleading the very people who pay their good salaries. The very same Men will tell the public they are evil and will go to hell and burn for eternity for the same behavior.

The police, as you can read, was called by neighbors for noise and odd traffic coming and going indicating drugs which happen anywhere not just in the Vatican. It is only incidentally that we learn they are behind the scenes, liars, and sinners.
