Medicaid is only for the poor. Middle class people don't even qualify for it. That's why middle class vote GOP to cut taxes and cut medicaid.

The mandate is toothless. Insurance Coverage Can't be Verified. Only the extremely careful, or dumb, or religious, people pay it.

You speak the truth here. Lets just say I may know of uninsured people who have been uninsured and not paid any penalties for several years

Nobody should feel guilty about lying to the IRS about unconstitutional mandates if they can get away with, which really anybody can.

The middle class are the poor people in America. Lower income families live better than middle class families. To many benefits for those who are lazy and don't work, and the middle class pays for them.

No they don't. I've been one of the poor, until I start getting a few more paychecks, I'm still one of the poor.

In disability, $9000 per year. In food stamps $850 per year. In utility assistance, $1000 per year ($1300 if you're willing to damage your credit. In tuition $6000 per year.

Add it all up and that's $16,850. It's about equal to $8.10/hour after taxes or $9.25/hour after taxes. In most areas of the country that doesn't go very far. The middle class in the US has more than $16,850 in post tax income. The middle class is technically defined as 50%-200% of the median wage which is $21,000 to $104,000 per year. Even at $21,000 post tax you wind up with about $18,000 per year which is above what the poor have.

Actually it's if you don't buy insurance not if you don't buy Obama care (which btw is not the name.)
Insurance companies would go broke without healthy people still paying their premiums every month..
That law was to insure those companies had revenue every month to pay when someone got ill or injured.
The more healthy enrollees an insurance company has the better it is equipped to deal with issues.
That law guaranteed the insurance companies customers.
The government doesnt provide health insurance. It provided a way for lower income people to be get insurance.

No not for the lazy
For the elderly who don't work. For children who don't work and for the disabled who can't work.
Typical response though I gotta say.
Yeah sensitive people suck but hard asses suck more.
