I am not aware of the ancient aliens connection ( I live in France and don't have access to that show) but I have become a fan of using bineural beats.

I tried this as well.

I felt somewhat drowsy. I also had a vivid hallucination about an orange man yelling at the media about fake news.

Not sure what that was all about.

Bi- beats are amazing.

When I started taking Champix for quitting smoking, I also started using binaural beats.

It was like i discovered a new world.
I was having nightly OBE's or Lucid dreams.
I would wake up in the morning with the desire to go back to sleep.
Like literally, I would wake up at 6 am and was eager for the day to go by so I could go back to bed and get back to my new world.
The experiences where so vivid and real, that almost 2 years later, I can still remember them all like it was a real event in my life.

That really opened my eyes...or rather shut them I guess, to that there's a lot more going on than we perceive in life.
To me, they are real memories, real experiences that happened in my life.
To an outsider that has never tried it, I would be seen as a lunatic hahah.

"I felt very "Light" when I moved my Arms and I was also sensing a Lot of Electricity coming from the Palm of my Hands."

I would think it's because you spent 30 minutes stimulating yourself while playing around in your own head. I would think you would react similar if you have similarly soothing music.

"I had at least one Muscle Spasms on my Left Arm on the Shoulder while Listening to the BB. And usually that's when I know I am about to have a Out of body experience."

I would think it's because you just spent 30+ minutes meditating and became more aware of your bodily functions.

"Around 25 minutes in I started Hearing Voices in both Ears. They were right next to me but at the same time I couldn't make out what they were saying. It was to muffled. This didn't happen very long maybe about a minute or so. I am a Natural Clairaudient so I wonder if playing this improved my abilities. As the voices sounded like a lot of the Class C and B EVPs I get."

My thoughts are, scattered. Could be many things, medatitaing could have allowed you to notice something "wrong" with you.

"After I finished the experiment I couldn't really fall a sleep and was tossing and turning all night. Also when I woke up I was very Hungry for some reason and I am almost never Hungry when I wake up unless I had a very profound "Lucid Dream" or OOBE."

I would think it's because you just spent 30 minutes in your head stimulating yourself while listening to "soothing" yet stimulating tones.

just my two cent.

Theres an easy scientific way to test that. Do it with thr binaural frequency(ies), with other music and with nothing several times and note all experiences, preferably with several test subjects.

I will attest that some binaural frequencies can have specific effects on the mind. Ime.

Greetings My friend in France...

Here is the website for the History channel, You can watch past episodes and if not mistaken the 110 show was right after the episode on Teotihuacan re: Mercury/Mica and they show a cooled disc that follows a magnetic rail around a glass table.. I recommend both as they both are interesting.

www.history.com...

Here are a couple EXCELLENT videos. Personally I recommend listening to these with headphones.

And a list of videos: www.youtube.com...

Have a nice trip!!!

As I stated, Ive tried it and had it work for things like depression, as well as inability to focus (ADHD), and to study/learn/ec in the sort of way they are making tdsc devices for.

They make me feel refreshed, happy, "zoned", focused, confident

Its really strange to be honest. Its weird how an hour of listening can have a very real and clear physical effect on you. As you can see in this thread, Im not the only one they have worked for.

These are my 2 favorite tones:
www.youtube.com...

(and please, disregard the kooky video title on this one, the title I feel really diminishes how good the tones are)
www.youtube.com...

That second one (once agin, please disregard the title of it) was the first one I ever tried, and whoah.. it was mindblowing. I tried it a few years ago. I was playing League of Legends (hahahaha) online and I decided to play it on my headphones because my friend recommended it, out of nowhere, almost instantly my level of play dramatically improved. Not only that, but the tone gave me a weird happy dreamy buzz. I began thinking really positively.

From there I went on to using more tones..

within a month, I actually created 2 prototypes for inventions I had been talking about making, and I finally had the motivation and focus to go through with them...

and within 10 months of starting the binaural beats, I got 2 major promotions at my company (I work for a major fortune 100 financial industry company) and I was relocated from Cleveland to Phoenix.. things just keep going my way the more I use them.

I cant recommend them enough.

The crazy dreams were the medication not the music.
Bad permanent side effects too.

To the actual topic. I've tried it just not for an extended time (weeks, months) to form a conclusion. That said, my wife and I watched a very weird sexually graphic video once that had similar beats specifically for some type of psychological sexual weirdness. I was watching it as a joke and curiosity but it most certainly did something to us. It invoked a physical response out of us which I'll keep to myself but further both her and I had very graphic lucid and disturbing dreams that night. I felt sick and dirty about them.

Be mindful. Word to the wise as Gut advised.

Are there any negative possible side effects?

And I know this sounds paranoid (and probably is), but how can you be sure that the random tones you're using off of some YouTube channel doesn't contain some crazy subliminal message?

Is it just dependent on the 110mhz frequency???

Like what if you just listened to a single tone at 110 vs. something else???

Does the amplitude matter or volume or does it have to be a musical thing with 110 frequency??

Awww...You can't be sure KansasGirl. That's the fun part.

Sometimes you have a lucid dream and meet God who tickles your belly and tells you the secrets of the universe while you laugh and experience unconditional love.

Other times you might wake up and decide to eat your entire family and start a cult.

You just have to take that chance.
Nobody said such things are easy.

Op what are you talking about. Long time audio technician here. 110hz is a single frequency. Binaural is 2 different frequencies in stereo.

I think I could really freak some of you AncientAlien types out with my sound system. You can get a stronger effect in mono playing out of phase r/l channels at an identical frequency. The only creepy part is, how do you get two distinct right/left signals on mono equipment? Ancient Aliens fans, always creeper out by the wrong stuff.

Actually I think you may be mis-understanding the concept of binaural beats.

The theory is that you play one frequency in one ear, then a different in another ear.

The "frequency" of the beat, is the combined frequency of the 2 tones, because your brain essentially marry's the two sounds, and all you end up hearing is a single Mhz tone.

This is supposed to harmonize your brainwaves in with that combined frequency and either put you in a meditative, hypnotic state or do one of a bunch of different things to you based on the combined frequency.

Billy Meier's audio recordings seem to be binaural beats of some sort. Some analysis showed that they had a fundamental from 7-12 Hz (supposedly Earth's magnetic field) with multiple overlaid frequencies and harmonics.

Binaural beats are amazing, I managed to get a set by Hemi-Sync that is made for lucid dreaming. They are hard to find, though - definitely not mainstream. There are a lot of them that can be used for things like focus and the like, as well.

Well, also, that is one of the listed side effects of Champix- strange and vivid dreams. I've taken it too, and had the same sorts of experiences without any beats...
