I don't know, ask the other guy. He's the one talking about tax rates. But sure, I would assume that they'd increase to some degree. The Dems have never met a tax they didn't like.

No. It will never happen again because we now have numerous other countries in the world that are industrialized now and people are more than happy to go there to preserve their capital. The US got away with it after WWII because they were the only country with a more or less intact industrial base.
