I'm thinking LA. He's still kinda high for Vegas. Usually they're dropping by now if they're heading in.

UK cant afford that, we dont do luxury for our public servants of that level.

Could it be an Arab country flying under military protection looking at potential aircraft purchases?

Yeah, it could be. Possibly Qatar, using a charter flight to keep from having to go 1,000 miles out of the way to get in and out of their airspace. They might have come to sign something with the F-15 deal.

There's all kinds of fun over the West today. A pair of KC-130Js, with an Osprey nearby in the San Diego area, three Compass Call, and a little while ago a C-2 near where the Hercs are flying.

Third KC-130 joining Raider 02 and 03 near San Diego.

After 4 1/2 hours, the 787 dropped off my map, while still at 43,000 feet.

Aaaaand he's back.

There's all kinds of interesting stuff out there. Combat Talon, and Spooky over Alabama and Florida. Bunches of tankers. Guardrail. Mercury was over Austin, and NAOC is back up on the list.

Well crap! The Netherlands KDC-10 was at Davis Monthan. They just landed in Washington.
