Funny how those people who never laid eyes on what someone saw with their own eyes, is always confident they know what it was.
Watched a program on strange sightings hosted by Robert Stack of Dragnet fame. Every single thing someone saw, the expert said it was proberbly this or that. I just wonder; on what basis do they make such statements.

I found the original story interesting though I don't think it's more than fiction.
If some tragedy befalls Chicago soon I guess we can revisit this.

I've had a strange sighting (UFO) before and the very last thing on my mind was fumbling for my phone to get a picture. When you aren't in a situation of high strangeness it is very easy to assume someone would whip out a camera and get pictures or video. The simple fact of the matter is you are dumbfounded and hesitate to look away for fear you'll miss something incredible.
Besides, every picture or video is always assaulted with cries of 'fake,' so in the end what good would it actually do?
