You are wildly off-topic.

My apologies, maybe I'm missing the point of all this?

You are.

I can't hold your hand. If you are content with the explanation the shooter was a whack job leftwinger who targeted Congressional republicans, go with that.

Yeah, it seems pretty obvious.

I find it curious that you are content with that, though, knowing you are a leftie.

Why would that matter?

But, then again, you did call for the entire white house to be hung for treason.

As Ripley once said, "It's the only way to be sure."

Welcome to ATS. You got here just in time to defend the official narrative!

Why you see a conspiracy in a left wing loon losing his mind and turning rambo on his own country? Gonna happen more and more as these are nothing more than kids in the candy store that don't get their ways.

Yeah, i saw that you posted in that thread, too.

When you went to your inbox, you must not have noticed the thread title of my response.

Ya know...it takes many new members some time just to learn that they can go to their inbox and find they get alerts when their comments get responses.

Already explained.

I bet it happens more & more.

Did this topic or 9/11 bring you to ATS?

He probably read too many combat web pages, and was trying to push the officers into the open while moving himself to a better position.

I think you give him too much credit.

So he stood and walked into their kill zone without laying down suppressive fire first so he could move around.

I would argue he wasn't exactly thinking rationally or logically, since he, you know, just opened fire on a bunch of folks in a ball park.

I dont think he knew he was walking into police fire.

I agree with that. See above comment.

I have only been in two threads here on 911 and this one so sue me, why do you care? I made a mistake get over yourself.

ETA: Just wondered how that mistake happened. No explanation suffices for me.

...these are nothing more than kids in the candy store...

Except that this 'kid' is 66 years old who had to plan fairly extensively to have pulled this off; moreso if there was a specific target hidden amongst all those shot that day.

Written on notepad paper, the assassination list contained the names of Alabama Rep. Mo Brooks, South Carolina Rep. Jeff Duncan and Arizona Rep. Trent Franks, according to The Daily Caller.

Link

Also worth noting, IMO...Jeff Duncan was one of the five republicans on James Hodgkinson's 'Republican Hit List'...and yet Hodgkinson reportedly stopped him in the parking lot to ask him if it was Republicans or Democrats on the field and didn't shoot him.

On mobile and haven't looked into it deeply.

But out of all of the letters to the local paper, and all of his Facebook posts, I don't recall seeing him specifically complain about any of the people on his list.

Its almost as if someone else gave him or put the list on him.

No proof or anything, just thought of that reading your post.

This makes a lot of sense.

Seems to me that if he had enough beef against certain people to have them on a 'kill list," that he would be expressive about those people in the past.

The fact that he doesn't so much as mention any of them on social media prior to the incident is odd to me.
