Yep. And the 'story' is just a direct descendant of that documented in Playboy. Supposedly he invented this software program that can sift out the terrorist communications hidden between frames of Al Jazeera broadcast TV. Its all hogwash, but he conned the Pentagon out of wheelbarrows full of dollars before they cottoned on to the scam.

Now he's been trying to peddle some 47 hard discs full of all kinds of nasty data like bank accounts and stuff that were gathered by CIA spies and he 'came upon' while he was working on the Pentagon scam. He managed to get some Maricopa Tax Payers dollars out of Joe Arpaio when he told Arpaio that there was info on Judge Snow that Joe could use to abort the civil rights lawsuit and his contempt case. It didn't work, and even Arpaio's team said it 'was junk'.
