It's specifically about the systems hacked and by whom... the Russian government, not anything else.
One would think it would include any other systems linked to our political system that were hacked... like the DNC, RNC etc.

I guess this latest revelation will the delay our ability to vote online? Was looking forward to not standing in a long line in 2018 and 2020. Maybe voting online would be more secure, if the same security measures that banks use for transactions were implemented.
