No charges were actually filed.... I am trying to find out from LEO contacts in Osceola and Orange County and no one will talk. More than likely it is nothing but when it is not released right away it usually means they are backtracking an investigation.

i searched for the company name on their website under civil court cases for this year, and since 2010.

I put business name as Fiamma Inc. , but I get nothing. I guess I need more information to type into the search fields.

You could check for the earlier assault case at the company.

Well the only option left I think is to scour social media. The company has a facebook page, but I don't. Somebody who does could try and backtrack through its followers and subscribers and see which are employees, and whether there were any comments about the firing from April, or of the court case.

I am exhausted of my resources other than physically calling and pestering the already inundated involved agencies.

A company usually isn't going to put that kind of information up on its social media for all the world to see. That sort of stuff is dirty laundry. You want to good stuff on social media. It's marketing as much as anything.

Wouldn't look good to post something like: Today, one of our outstanding employees sued us for stiffing them on wages! Gotta love 'em!

right, I was not expecting as such on their page. Thats why I made the recommendation of searching through any subscribers to see if there are employees who typically comment about their day to day lives in between the moments they should be working, or just in general at the end of a day. It is there where we find clues between conversations about lunch choices and possible action at work.

The sheriff said Neumann had a negative relationship with at least one of the victims, and told another female employee to get out of the building and did not shoot her. The woman was a temporary employee and it was her first day back at work. Demings said it is believed that Neumann did not previously know her.

Oh, sorry.

A disgruntled employee may or may not show up there though. If he's going to bad mouth his employer, he's not going to want to be connected to the company on facebook. At least, it wouldn't be smart of him to be connected.

Honestly, I think law enforcement saw that we were scouring all possible sources to beat them to a name release, and dropped the name as fast as they could because we were hot on the trail!

if my dignity is the price of ensuring that minorities and profiled demographics are not discriminated against and singled out for national security measures, then so be it. i will sleep peacefully knowing that when it is my turn to be singled out, i will have friends. it is important to demonstrate your willingness to stand in defense if you expect anyone to defend you. else you find yourself fighting a battle for the sake of community with no one to stand by your side. which is ironic if you ask me.
