so Im writhing in pain at work now sitting on the ground..

I just won best mac and cheese against 5 other restaurants including one thats known as best mac in town. I made it on the fly left handed without moving my neck..

so my first change in the kitchen is working.

I couldnt not come in there are two nght time cooks only so yea get through dinner service and try to get better for tomoorow . our first order went smooth. we are not going to run out of anything.

might do a cold pasta salad plate next its so freaking hot here.

I used to come to ATS to learn, lately I only visit to laugh. 99,9% are beyond stupid...

And it can't hurt to get one still. Just to make sure your brain is free from scars. I said "some kind of..." might be a minor stroke too.


And plus also that's not taking away from the validity of your experience. My thinking is still higher dimension, but we can't ignore the consciousness aspect of it all.

Tats so nice to read. You can always try adding new cheeses to your mac and cheese. That's awesome that you won. Maybe it's time to train One of your guys for the night shift. I hope the hours are fair.
There are things to add to a pasta salad like sun dried tomatoes or canned artichokes. Olives work too. The Green ones.

I just got back to the phone. I didn't sleep much the other night. I ran out of risperidone.
It feels like the space between my left shoulder and neck has been smashed with a hammer. I can't move without being in sharp pain. When I'm prone it's OK but when I move it's like being stabbed in the left shoulder by my neck. I don't want to be paralyzed.
In my dream I was at the top of a European tower steeple. I looked down and I was getting scared of being up so high.

I was getting lessons at school and I lost all my supplies except for my class ring which had a diamond in it.

we arent doing dinner over the summer (college town) so instead Im learning under the head breakfast guy..

hours? I made the schedule silly. I cant bring anyone new in till fall.

I was here since 12, and Im closing. odd I had sharp pains in my neck and right shoulder all yesterday could only make myself work 4 hours.. today 12 hours. gave myself 50 hours next week. inventory is tomorrow so Ill have to learn how to do that.

I basically know the breakfast menu just learning today.

why would I change my mac lol?
Its not made with one cheese anyway, I was just demoing it for the kitchen so we can use our cheese scraps to make cheese sauce. since its part of my job to cut food cost.

my dad is actually a local famous cook, its funny he didnt teach me much but I guess that just gets passed down somehow.

I never enjoyed it but just sort of fell into it when i realized college and me dont mix. I was washing dishes then thrown on the line ai didn5 want to do it I was scared abd we were so busy.. then I loved it and a few years later im thrown into a more managing type spot. This time Im not scared though.

I used to stay at my grandparents house. We had a toy poodle named aussie. He slept in a cage in the r oom I slept in. One night he was angry and barking at something I couldn't see. And I remember seeing a shadow move over the hallway light.

dogs.. good dogs, always know. I havnt had a doggy as my best friend in years and years. My collies were the absolute best. as soon as I have a house my next buddy will be a german shepherd. we will take care of each other.

Right now Im handling a lot and I cant be there enough for raising my wolf baby ..


but work life throwing me challenges is quite enjoyable for now .

good day. Long day..

did great work on breakfast lunch..

im now personally requested to run the breakfast with 25 years employee.. im his go to already.

we killed it today.

thats a 3,000$ breakfast btw.. which is a LOT.


ended my day closing the restaurant, prepping for sunday which is going to be even more crazy. next week? we are booked all day on the weekend, so yea... you cant walk in on mothers day... We already have 200 people scheduled.

fun.....

that day I may work 16 hours

I was quoting Seinfeld. Kramer overheard someone’s conversation on the elevator about the horse race!! Anyway, met a guy from Kentucky who knows the owner of Justify. He was all about the horse. Showed me a race and I was impressed. Crappy conditions but he won anyway! Small world, huh?

Brain don’t need no scan. Just too much LDS in the 60’s!!

Oh right sometimes I forget what stinkin' hippy you are.

I'm so excited today, It's horrible! Jumping around and everything. Normally I'm the laziest # you can find on sunday, but today I almost burst. It's crazy!

I've planted two royal dwarfs and (fingers crossed) maybe later/tomorrow I get a puppy!
