Well that took an interesting turn.
A Universal Expression

I am a Writer.

Good morrow all . . . I had long decided not to participate in these things anymore. Partly because I didn't see the point and partly because I never did get those two applause thingies from the last time, but I think mainly I just never really cared to put my own work out there that much. But i liked the category this time . . . so what the hey?

Oh, and please excuse my not so quite sober poetry as it has been one of those nights . . . weeks . . . months . . .

PS - The applause and writer status can only be awarded by a Mod.
Our SuperMod (tothetenthpower) does a great deal of work behind the scenes here but is very busy in Real Life, so if there are any applause/status awards outstanding, please just drop him a pm HERE and I'm sure he'll sort it out.

In and out and all about. Less time for here come lately due to other endeavors, but this is life as it is.

Just want everyone to know, I haven't read a single story yet. I have been too tired or busy lately. I will try to get to them all though. Good luck everyone!!!!!

Thanks bally. I never have gotten around to writing more for the last contest like i saod i would. Still will though.

I counted 23 entries, sound correct?
They aren't 'stickied' this go round so I wasn't sure.
I think I may have read a few at the beginning but, will go back and double check.
Every contestant gets my support!
It takes some guts to put yourself out there to be read, IMO.

Anyways, I can't wait to dive in!
