They finally reeled in Antifa's poster boy yesterday. Three counts of assault, one of the counts is for use of a firearm during an assault. I don't know when that would have happened, because the authorities aren't commenting. It might have been a separate occurrence.

I sure hope not.. Although his mental illness seems to run in judges also, so lets see how that plays out during sentencing.

Berkeleyside reported that the firearm enhancement (PC 12022) was a clerical error in booking; it should have been a serious injury enhancement (PC 12022.7).

Any of those attacks could have been deadly, I'm glad he got caught.

I'm sure he'll stand up in the court room and say his white privilege should have zero bearing on his sentencing. If a gang member was arrested for using a firearm during a felony and separately, attacking with a deadly weapon(bike lock) they'd be looking at many years in the big house.

And funny enough, when this guy ends up in the big house he's going to experience true racism. Either rival gangs will turn him out or the Aryans will turn him out.

Interestingly is appears the bike lock incident wasn't the worst he was involved in. Appears there's an entirely separate case with the firearm during a felony.
