Also, I don't feel like having some armpit hair growth makes my armpits (more) smelly. Everyone is different though.

Without a doubt.
Modern feminists are incredibly unhappy. SJW's are born from unhappiness and the need to fill the void by complaining about and restricting others.

And yet, what an equitable way to treat this debate. One shaved, one hairy.
It sounds delightful to me.

That's a crazy post. Not all feminists are the same. Not everyone that fights for a cause or does something for the social benefit of others is a social justice warrior. Just like not all social justice warriors are liberals. Many that fit that label are conservative and christian.
I know lot's of self Indentifying feminists who are very happy. They aren't the ones going around complaining about every little thing though. More than a few of them are happily married as well.
This thread is showing me one thing. There is a lot of outrage over hairy armpits. LOL Why would anyone care?

I'm an older woman, retired. I'm sick of vulgar, violent, grotesque young women. These days they act like pigs.
I don't see the connection to underarm hair. Supposedly the whole women shaving business started with vulgar prostitutes keeping the lice off.

This trend has come and gone years ago, I thought. (In the U.S. , in some countries like France, it's the standard.) I didn't go for it. I wouldn't feel clean.
eta: Just read Bluesma's post, and I guess she would know about France. I based my comment on having two French women asked me if I shaved under my arms, and when I answered in the affirmative, they rolled their eyes and assured me no French women shave under their arms. The attitude was one of superiority.
