So would you be comfortable if we let whatever their license said they were determine where they can pee? A pervert isn't going to go through tons of therapy, get hrt, and have a judge declare them a specific sex if it was all just to watch people pee. People have the internet and it's way easier looking up that kind of perviness than it is to legally change your sex.

Would legal sex satisfy you? (I know that phrasing came out wrong but it's a solid question, lol)

Anyway I've seen many ugly women that look like men walk in woman's bathrooms. In fact a man followed a woman into bathroom because he thought she was a man.

This whole transgender debate is too silly. Why can't people just let people be? Who the hell cares? Variety is the spice of life.

Depending on what it took to determine your legal sex, yes, there is a very good chance I would be fine with that. I am just playing devil's advocate here as well cause to be frank I don't pay much attention to things that don't effect me. If you wanna get bigger boobs awesome, if you don't like your big ol' shnoz then get it reduced who cares, if you don't want/want a dick...Great I don't care. Just leave me out of it cause it has nothing to do with me. Now if you bring me into it I'm going to take the stance I did here and to me when you were born that's what you are and all the superficial changes mean f*&? all to me, I'm just not going out of my way to vocalize that until I'm brought into it.

My GF worked with a person going through gender reassignment and from what I heard that person couldn't shut up about it and also tended to bring up awkward stuff like that time of the month which they were incapable of having anyway. Do what makes you happy just leave me out of it unless you are ready to hear what I have to say on it.

If you read up a few posts I just got done saying that I think a good solution would be going by the gender on your government ID so long as they don't go the route of "oh sure you can put down whatever you feel like being today" type bull#*t. I just know how people are...There will always be many who are just trying to abuse the system. In fact I seriously doubt that most people who get into the whole I've always been a woman or man in their mind thing actually were. I think as with most human behavior it was a learned thing.

We all are educated to believe in two independent sexes, Males that shouldn't cry and Females that shouldn't play football. What if, thats not the case at all. That we all have a mixture of male and feminine traits at differing levels. With transgenders exhibiting a more prominant amalgamation that defies either categorization.

So perhaps its not a persons sex at all that needs to be addressed but how we categorize sexes in two seperate identiies. If a person is born male but has strong female traits, should it really matter to us, how they choose to live their life. Or are we so annoyed that they cannot pidgeon hole them into one catogory or the other, that we deny them their God given free choice.

We are, what we are, foremost humans. That should love one another, applauding our differences, instead of idolizing our uniformity.

A surrogate. My daughter's friend's mother is doing this for a gay couple in the UK. They van even use both their DNA (that blew my mind, yay science).

Or... Maybe it's a stupid question? Most people don't have sex to make babies or even want one.
