BREAKING: Senate Intelligence Panel SUEPONEAS FLYNN..
Move along...nothing to see here...
After the 1946 election, which produced Republican majorities in both houses of Congress, the Republicans sought to prevent a repetition of Roosevelt's actions. The Twenty-second Amendment was introduced in 1947 and adopted in 1951. The amendment prohibits a person from serving more than two four-year terms. A person who serves more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected president may be elected only for one full term. For example, if a president dies in the first year of the term, the vice president who becomes president may be elected to only one four-year term. If, however, the president dies in the third year of the term, the vice president would be eligible to serve a maximum of ten years.
it has never happened and probably never willedit on R532017-05-10T17:53:55-05:00k535Vpm by RickinVa because: (no reason given)

American journalist were in the White House just were not allowed into the oval office where the photos were taken.
That makes it better how? He allowed Russian Journalists in to the oval office to take pics, but not American journalists..
That is your President..

If Bill Clinton had fired the FBI director?
Oh wait, he did,
The next day Vince Foster turns up dead.
Who cared then?
Clinton fired sessions because of allegations he was doing some shady stuff in regards to taxes and misappropriation of government funds.
Comey has not done anything even remotely close.
So it's not a good comparison.

Presidents can serve up to 10 years as previously stated.
They can only serve two 4 year terms, but a circumstance like a previous poster is correct.

It's hilarious watching this unfold and observing the desperate liberals clinging to some false twisted hope.

The House Intel committee is subpoenaing Susan Rice and the Senate Intel committee is gearing for the same but your right...
move along, nothing to see here...
Never mind the fact the ranking Dem on the Senate Intel committee was the one who told Rice not to testify.. Wonder what they are hiding.

While technically you are correct, how can this apply to Trump?

It's a bipartisan Senate Intelligence Panel that just Subpoenaed Trumps former national Security Advisor?
Yesterday the FBI issued Grand Jury Subpoenas to associates of Michael Flynn..
Those are the facts...you have an odd definition of "Liberals" and "False"...

The focus will shift quite soon to the criminals who leaked information for political purposes. The Russian narrative is dying out in spite of the desperate flame fanning by liberals.

So is Obama unamerican when he banned media from covering his meeting with Muslim American leaders at the White House?

Except for the fact the term is 4 years... Max of 8.
Trying to use semantics is not gonna fly on this one. FDR was the last President to serve 3 terms and to date no VP has done what you are suggesting. Its the exception rather than the rule and for good reason.

It better not be a god damn politician. Christi or Giuliani being tapped for the Director's chair is asinine.
Sheriff David Clarke is the best option by far. He's an experienced cop, not a politician. That's what we need. If Christie or Giuliani get the Director's chair no one can ever chant "drain the swamp' ever again... as if Trump's cabinet isn't full of bankers and trade insiders any way.
