He doesn't have anything to release. What he has is access to people who may have some knowledge of the bigger picture and of something about to surface. If I had to guess the announcement will be about something less obviously related, possibly something archaeological in nature.

There is a CIA Museum located within the CIA headquarters compound in Langley that is open to the public. I'd expect that they do have a gift shop, just like almost any other museum.

Why worry about it? It will come or it won't. If this is truly a groundbreaking announcement, then perhaps more care is needed. 2 weeks.. 2 months.. 6 months? It takes what it takes, I don't know why people are so down to the day with this stuff. Just forget it.. and see if anything comes of it.

Tom , you have seriously damaged your credibility , and have shot yourself in the foot, i seriously doubt that you will ever recover to the point where people will take anything you say as worthwhile information, knowing that you have been conscripted in by the very people who have suppressed the U.F.O subject for over 70 years, you're audience now will largely be made up of the gullible , so you're merchant dice , ie you're fluffy Alien toy doll's will sell well.

But the BIG audience has now left you , as they now realise where you're coming from, it's pretty clear you're being played by the controller's of Game, and it is a Game, it's their Game, therefore we get what they want us to know, end of story.

There are still plenty of idiots who will keenly await whatever crap this charlatan is peddaling. It's a faith based game and humans love a bit of hope and fantasy. Personally i think he's a bottom feeder and anyone who believes announcements about announcements needs to euthanise themselves and put us out of their misery before they start breeding.

What occurred is obvious. He made himself a hostage to fortune. If your reveal depends on being fed information from others it would be best to remain quiet until they have done so. He announced on an expectation that info would come on a certain timescale and it hasn't. Hopefully its a lesson learned.

It's clear he's been talking to serious people who intend to use him in some way for thier own ends. I think for what it's worth he's genuine. He's rich already from his rock star days ascribing him the same motivations as YouTube hoaxers etc seems to ring false. Bluntly put he's an interested not overly sharp amatuer using his fame to get into a position those with a longer more academic knowledge of the topic can't. Anybody surprised or offended by that must be young. It's how the world works, there is no fairness.

I'm following along and wish him well. Whatever comes out of this even if only obscurely connected to the topic or official disinformation may be interesting. It can surely be no worse than the utter bilge spread on the topic by others in pursuit of dollars or indulging in role play.

DeLonge's recent Instagram posts all include the numbers 10 and 11 (in fairly obvious ways) so comments speculate some kind of announcement on October 11 which is this Wednesday.

But, of course, it could just be the rumored TV show/documentary that kicks the can even further down the road and provides an opportunity to sell more cool t-shirts.

Agreed. If you listen to his interviews from the past year, he talks a lot about this big "enterprise" he's building. He actually compares it to the Star Wars franchise a few times.

For what it's worth... it looks like the 'announcement' is coming this Wednesday the 11th. Of course subject to delay, but his 3-4 most recent Instagram posts all contained references to 10/11.
